- JSJason StatenOct 28, 20231.0We have sent complaints for literally YEARS regarding serious mistakes Pulte made during the building process. Everytime it rains or is even just humid, our dryer and microwave fill with water. They sent someone out one time, who said he fixed the duct work…and then it happened again. One microwave exploded and WE replaced it, but asked again for Pulte to send someone to fix whatever was going on, because we are going to end up being electrocuted. No response from them. We have had our home for years past the warranty, but they know this is their building issue. It’s been going on from the beginning, we complain about it every year, and to get someone out to fix it ourselves will cost thousands of dollars. Cleaned the water out of the new microwave today and then tried to use it. It loudly popped and sent out sparks. A good lawyer probably costs less than having our entire ventilation redone.
