It has been a year now since we bought the home at saddleback. From the beginning till the end of 1-year warranty, my experience with all the members of pulte had been great. Nathan Sellars , the sales representative, Our first level of interaction with Pulte builder's. He was super informative & helped us find the home that fitted us & our budget, the process went smooth. He is very approachable over text and call. The whole journey during the closing went super smooth. Post the sale of our house, we worked very closely with Kaleb Faulks to ensure all my warranty needs were addressed. He was prompt and ensured that all my warranty claims were managed in a timely manner.

It has been a year now since we bought the home at saddleback. From the beginning till the end of 1-year warranty, my experience with all the members of pulte had been great. I would like to mention a few who are still on my mind. Firstly, Mitchell Driver, the sales representative, Our first level of interaction with Pulte builder's. He was super informative & helped us find the home that fitted us & our budget, the process went smooth & Mitchell was always available to answer our query over the call/text. Then our home builder, Eric Miller, during our pre-closing Eric went through each & every part of the home explaining & suggesting things we need to do to keep AC pipes clear & how to maintain the home. The Loan consultant, Felicia McCrimmon, was so helpful with the loan paper work & taking us through each stages with clear information. Lastly, Anthony Kimberlin, our 1-year warranty closing case manager. He was very kind to go through all our concern & 3rd party inspection report & took care/fixed of all them for us. The whole journey during the closing went super smooth. Anthony was always available on call & text, and he always made sure to check on the fix that was done if we are happy with it or not. He showcases the best customer service from pulte's end to keep the customer satisfaction & experience level high. I would highly recommend Pulte to my friends who are in the market looking to buy homes. I have such a good experience to share from Pulte. Thank you ,Anthony Kimberlin for making 1-year warranty experience top-notch.
