  My husband and I recently started leasing in avilla vista ranch, and I want to give a special thanks to Heike. She is an excellent person very professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Every time I have a question or needed assistance, she responded quickly and with a positive attitude. She truly cares about the residents and makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate her support and kindness. I highly recommend this place! :)

  I recently moved in and am loving my new home! Heike was a joy to work with and has been super helpful throughout the entire process. I appreciate how responsive and kind the entire team has been. I also had a small maintenance issue when moving in and Ronan came and fixed it super quick and was very helpful as well. Thank you to everyone for making this as smooth as possible! Proud to call Avilla my new home.

  Great community with a fantastic management staff. Heike was responsive, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout the process, which helped our family to immediately feel at home!

  These people are the absolute worst, rude, beyond incompetent. Just the worst of the worst, they never sent me my refund for my application back, the only contact we have had from the community manager is rude condescending emails. It’s been almost two months and haven’t heard back or received our refund. Just a terrible terrible inadequate staff. Mind you they’re in the middle of no where not even 25% occupied, so very certain they’re just intentionally not returning our calls. Will be escalating this further to regional management! Potential prospects beware!!!
