  Just moved into Whitlow Apartments and so far I’m loving it. The place feels super luxurious, smells amazing, cabinets with plenty of storage, and appliances really give it that top-tier look. What stood out to me most is how well they actually listened. I explained what I was looking for, and Success showed me the first unit and it was exactly what I wanted. I didn’t even need to look at anything else. It’s also really quiet, which makes it perfect for relaxing and studying. The amenities are some of the best I’ve seen, and the pool is beautiful. As a student, I really appreciate having great spaces to focus and get work done. Move-in was smooth and well organized, and they give me a gift basket with things I can use along with the a pizza. Everyone here has been welcoming, from the leasing agent ladies to the maintenance manager, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely happy I chose to live here!

  If you are considering moving to Whitlow Apartments, please read this before signing a lease. I have been living at Whitlow Apartments for a long time, since the early days when only Building 1 existed and construction was still ongoing. I renewed my lease for a second term because I truly believed in this property. That is why it is even more disappointing to write this review. Over the past few weeks, there have been repeated and severe noise disturbances from the unit below mine, often as late as 3:00 to 4:00 AM. This includes loud running, shouting, banging, and what sounds like heavy objects being dropped. This is not occasional noise. It is a repeated pattern that has disrupted my entire family’s sleep and daily life. I have reported this issue many times through the proper channels and directly to management. Each time, I receive polite responses, but the only solution given is to keep reporting the same issue again and again. At this point, I am genuinely frustrated and exhausted. What is the purpose of repeatedly reporting the same issue if nothing actually changes? The noise keeps happening, and there has been no effective or long term solution. It feels like the responsibility is being pushed onto residents instead of being properly handled. I should not have to repeatedly wake up in the middle of the night just to document the same issue. After reading other reviews here, it is clear this is not just my experience. Many residents have mentioned ongoing noise issues and lack of effective management response, and I can confirm that this is still happening. I also want to be fair. When Brooke was managing the property, I had a much better experience and felt that issues were taken more seriously. Additionally, Success from the leasing office has always been helpful and professional whenever I have interacted with her. However, since the change in management, the overall handling of resident concerns has clearly declined compared to before. While communication is polite, there has been no effective or long term solution provided. In addition to the noise issue, the trash room on the 4th floor is frequently left in poor condition, with cardboard boxes piling up and sometimes blocking access. This has been reported multiple times but still remains unresolved. I also spoke directly with management about my situation. I explained that my lease still has several months remaining and asked whether there could be an option to end the lease early without penalty if the problem continues. I was told this would not be possible. While I understand lease agreements are binding, it is very difficult to accept this when the living conditions are being consistently disrupted despite repeated reports. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. The apartments may look modern, but the actual living experience does not reflect the standards that were promised. This review is not written lightly. I am sharing this as a warning to anyone considering moving here. Please take the time to read all reviews carefully and understand what current residents are experiencing before making a decision. I truly hope management takes this seriously and provides a real, long term solution rather than continuing to rely on repeated reports from residents.

  I have had the pleasure of living at the whitlow for the past 2years and I have to say I love it! Yes..Every complex has its ups and downs but the Whitlow has been a beautiful place to live! I want to take a second to Thank the leasing office staff.. they are amazing! But I have to shoutout one of favorites of the leasing team: Success! She is sooooooo amazing! She makes every resident feel like family! She goes above and beyond to make sure we feel heard… understood and safe! I’ve come to her about big things and little things and she makes sure my needs are met! Thank you soooo much Success for all that you do to make sure we have a great environment to live in. Your work that you do day in and day out does not go unnoticed and I just want to let you know how much I personally appreciate you for all you do! You deserve it all and I know your going to get it. But to anyone looking to move here.. Do it!
