  The gym is disgusting. You will pay $1200+ a month for broken equipment, deflated exercise balls covered in dirt, a water machine that never has cups and the filter never changed, and a clock that's either broken or turned to the wrong time of day, hours ahead. The Edgewater needs to do better! Edit: And, OMG, not their ChatGPT reply. 🙄 Just MAINTAIN your property that residents pay thousands of dollars for. You are not even aware of how filthy and broken your own gym is unless residents tell you about it.

  Its Zue for me...so down to earth...very very understanding and helpful....the staff does a great job ..but she is the one to speak to!!!

  I very much didn’t want to write this review but it’s not okay how the property is being managed. I’ve been a property manager before and the current property manager will smile in your face while trying to charge elderly ladies insane amounts of money for wear and tear. My mom has stayed at the Edgewater for 10+ years and being charged $50 to clean a oven, $65 clean ceiling fan, $30 clean shower, $100 to clean toilets, $15 clean freezer, $5 to remove each shower decal and there’s more. They are so money hungry and after all this they probably pay the cleaning lady a certain fee so why charge individually? ( I have a recording with the manger were she told me she has a cleaning lady she pays ). Then she’s trying to charge my mom $515 dollars to replace fire tiles she did not damage. The apartment above flooded my mom’s apartment and she has pictures and videos of those tiles affected in the flood. Why weren’t the tiles changed then? Last we checked the insurance paid for the tiles to be replaced but the only tiles they replaced were the ones in the kitchen. My mom was also supposed to move to their sister apartment and it didn’t go through because of a mistake between both apartment managers and they kept my moms deposit. The amount of greed being displayed here is astonishing and I’ve been a property manager before so I know how it goes. If nothing changes I’m preparing to take them to court and they will be coughing up much more money for taking advantage of my elderly mom. THIS IS WRONG and they don’t know I have 10+ friends who stay there since this was the place my mom raised me and I went to school in Lewisville ( Class of 2015 ) so best believe all the other tenants and current tenants are going to help get justice for my mom. We currently have a group chat going and it’s growing.

  Went to ask for some information over their availability. The office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the property. Considering Edgewater as my next home.
