I moved here for the first time in 2019, I moved out in ‘22 because of personal issues. I knew I wanted to come back here because I had no problems with management and they were great and prompt. WHY’D I DO THAT!!! Literally the two stars is only because Gissella made the move in process so easy and she is quick with responding when she can. I see nothing false about the reviews that are at least two years old. I didn’t read them before I moved back but I wish I had.
Enjoy living here. Haven't lived in an apartmnent in 30 years. Gisella made our move in process seamless, she goes over & beyond to help with any issues, answers questions and is pleasant & friendly.
Gissella was very professional and knowledgeable about the property and the rental process. She took the time to show me more than one unit so I could find the floor plan/upgrades I liked most. The complex has good amenities and the grounds are well-maintained. The property seems quiet. I like that it has two entry/exit gates. It's right next to Main St but it feels tucked away. The units themselves seem well-insulated and the layout provides a degree of separation between one unit and the other.

Living in this complex has been a very frustrating experience. From the beginning, the administration has demonstrated a total lack of organization and professionalism. Each time we ask a question, we receive different answers depending on who is attending, which clearly reflects that the staff is not trained or has the necessary information. It's incredible that people who work in the office don't know how to properly guide residents.
We tried to change to a smaller apartment within the same property and only received unnecessary problems, fines and obstacles instead of support. Communication is terrible and constantly contradictory.
In addition, although they charge us monthly for "pest control", the cockroach problem is quite serious and is not solved. It is unacceptable to pay for a service that is clearly not working.
The administration is also excessively strict and even ridiculous with the rules. They send notices for minimal things, such as leaving a blanket on the porch for a moment. Instead of making you feel at home, they make living here uncomfortable and stressful.
To make matters worse, we have been charged for the wear and tear of the tuts after two years of use, something that should be considered normal and not the responsibility of the tenant.
They told us that we had a one-year warranty, they never told us that if the tubs were damaged we could report them at no additional charge
The blind in a room was in terrible condition since we moved, they never repaired it and when I reported it they told me that they would charge me 150, it remains in the same condition for two years.
In general, this place does not feel like a home. It feels like a place where you are constantly being watched, fined and poorly cared for. I would not recommend it at all.

The worst experience of my life was living for two years in this residence.
I want to express my dissatisfaction with the administration of these apartments. I have lived here for almost two years and, unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.
About three months ago we paid $175 to remove a person from the contract. Despite having made that payment, when this person visits us (correctly registering as a visitor), he continues to appear as a resident in the system. We went to the office looking for a solution, but the manager showed an unprofessional attitude and simply told us that it was not her problem, without offering any help.
In addition, on another occasion we wanted to change to another apartment within the same complex. They informed us that we had to pay $500 for the change, which we accepted. However, the process was very poorly handled: they never called us to inform us that the units we were interested in had already been rented to other people. We had to find out on our own, which shows a total lack of communication and organization.
In general, everything in these apartments seems to be handled only with additional payments. Absolutely everything requires money, but the service and attention to the resident are not up to what is charged.
I expected much more after almost two years living here. They definitely need to improve their customer service, communication and professionalism.
