  I’ve really enjoyed living here over the past year. The community has been a great place to call home and the staff has always been helpful. A special thank you to Success in the leasing office for always being accommodating and quick to respond whenever I had questions. I also want to give a shoutout to the maintenance team. They’re always prompt and do a great job getting things fixed quickly. It’s clear the team here cares about the residents, and that makes a big difference. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience living here.

  If I could leave a 0 review I would. Theres little to no security here. Management is no help in anyway shape or form. Homeless sleeping in main common areas. Don’t get me started on the thin walls I could hear my neighbors argue and or get pleasured and steps above my damn head. They change the rent now but charge the people who have been here an arm and a leg this place is not worth the trouble!!! Compete Bull. I wouldn’t suggest moving here I will not be renewing my lease. Leasing office does not accommodate or help me feel safe not worth it

  I am a former resident and I never write reviews good or bad, but this apartment complex is a the worst ever I’ve lived in . The apartments are nice on the inside and that’s about it when it comes to the positives. Negatives.There’s a concrete mill/plant that carries on banging throughout the days, nights, weekends and holidays so if you want peace this is not where you will find it, and for what you pay a month it’s criminal. The whole area in general is industrial with trucks and mills everywhere. Management and the leasing office NEVER responds to calls or emails and when they do they’re too incompetent to assist with any questions, issues or problems. The apartment I stayed in leaked water from the patio door every time it rained, it took 4 times before maintenance was able to remedy the issue. The internet service they provide is poor. There’s s not enough parking, and they provide an ill managed packaging system, it’s not convenient at all for residents. When I first moved in they neglected to inform me of their VIP portal to register my vehicle and a boot was put on my car and I had to pay to get it removed. For that they reluctantly applied the balance to my account towards my account. This happened to multiple residents! Beware when you move out Whitlow will add erroneous fees and send the bill their in-house collections. I tried calling multiple times to dispute my move out fees to no success. All of the bad reviews are the telling the truth! Stay clear of this property! There are better choices.

  Update: Building 2 elevator was “inspected’” 2/10 and has since gone out 3 different days without any consideration or email from leasing office acknowledging this or even informing residence to plan to park and unload items accordingly. Let’s be clear on their reply to my review, the elevator is currently out of order since 2/25 and counting. It was previously out of service for close to 3 months. This is getting ridiculous. ——> Building 2 is disgusting. Dumpsters get rolled out into the parking lot weekly and nobody can seem to sweep the glass and food residue properly. Liquids run down the entire parking lot and smells horrible. It needs to be power washed since it’s right by the main door we walk thru. The dead grass in the parking lot needs to be maintained as much as the front of the complex gets serviced. Pet waste has increased at the back of the property due to no waste station in that area.

  I’ve been at this property for over a year now and have gotten a really good feel for both the team and how things operate here. I’ve lived in several states, from New Hampshire and New York to Alaska and Georgia, and this is easily one of the best places I’ve ever lived. While it may be priced a bit higher than some other options, it’s absolutely worth every penny.
