  I really wanted to like this apartment complex. We enjoyed the layout and space of our unit, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. Our neighbors were extremely loud throughout our entire lease term, and despite multiple complaints, management did very little to address the issue. Parking was also a nightmare. There was never enough spaces and constant frustration trying to find a spot anywhere near our building. To make matters worse, we overpaid on our final payment and have been trying for weeks to get a simple refund. No one ever answers the phone, I always get the call center, leave a message and a call-back number, and never receive a response. At this point, it feels like my number may have even been blocked. I’ve also sent several emails with no reply. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I do not recommend signing a lease here.

  Beautiful complex. A little bit on the pricey side. Schyler was very nice gave us a tour of a beautiful apartment.

  I am a former resident of this apartment and faced the worst move out experience. Before moving out, I asked the leasing team member (the guy with glasses) to let me know the paint shade in the living room so that i can patch few stains and handover without any issues but he was very uninterested in helping and just responded saying how would i know without even checking or wanting to help. I have been trying to constantly reach out to this leasing team for clarification on the moving charges but THEY NEVER RESPOND TO EMAILS. What's weird is that Even the manager doesnot respond. When I call their number, they forward to customer care who has no clue and keep saying the leasing team will get back. These so called luxury apartments are not worth the rent they charge because of the unprofessional leasing team who doesnot care or respond or help until we show up in front of them.

  Moved out months ago, still have access to my old apartment via app. Provides same access code to the unit and wireless unlocking capabilities still. Please be weary if you not the first tenant in your unit for previous tenants having access to your apt as this is a huge security concern.

  Beautiful complex and I have no complaints, the hard work of the maintenance team especially jose is incredible. They always come within 24 or 48 hours of any request. The cleaning ladies are super sweet and do a great job every morning. It always smells amazing. But most of all my FAVORITE leasing agent !!Success!!, has been such a breath of fresh air since I toured the apartment and throughout my six months living here. She’s always so helpful, positive, and genuinely cares about residents. Every time I see her, she’s smiling and in a great mood. She’s truly an asset to this community, and I really appreciate all the effort she puts into everything she does!
