- DDDamenaceizzySep 3, 20252.0-My car got broken into along with others verified by the office just about 3 months ago? Maybe two. Read other reviews and u see it’s a consistent pattern over the years . -$400 towing fee. They come every single night so make sure you don’t forget to register. I’ve gotten my car towed from my registered car port to my apartment . -They cut the water off every so often for hours at a time. The last time they did it was off for just about 24 hours . Emailed and asked if there was anything they could do and they said contact your renters insurance . -horrible flea problem in the summer. My dog has gotten fleas twice from these apartments in last two years -very strict patio rules!!! Can’t have any curtains or privacy which is sad since we pay for such a small unit and can’t even use it how we’d like -police housing here -they dusted everyones vents and left all the dust on the ground outside . (Pics below) . Felt pretty careless to me and had the apartments looking dusty for days . Things I do like -management is pretty nice. maintenance is even better and they do try to fix things asap and usually do. -my neighbors are nice. I never have to worry about my package getting stolen from them at least but maybe I lucked up considering these apartments are targeted for robbery !

Leasing office was closed even though their hours say that they are open, called and no one answered. Extremely unprofessional.
- MCMocha CynthiaJun 3, 20251.0I would never advise anyone to come stay at this apartments, especially if the current manager is still working here. If you want to be targeted, please come and stay here. They will always not do their job on time and if it entails an increment of your rent trust me, they'll ensure you pay for their mistakes and them not working in time. If I was able to I would give this place negative 10 stars. The previous management was doing a good job, they were human. This current management, negative 10 stars. I would never recommend. Just find another place to stay. If you want to stay 3 days without a HVAC working, come and stay here, you'll enjoy a home feeling like a sauna and the manager will tell you that you need to book an appointment with her. They want or force you to be understanding with them, but they'll never be the same with you. Run, do not walk or crawl, they'll make sure you are tormented untill your lease is done. The current manager is so mean, she will impose new stuff and say that it was in the lease. This is the worst place to rent. If the previous manager was here, this would have been the best place to be and stay, the pas 2 years have been okay, but since October 2024, this has been the worst place to be at. I repeat again, run do not crawl or walk. RUN!!!!!!!

The towing company is quick so you have to be careful about visitors registering their cars. I’ve had no issues with the management team and overall had a nice experience. The apartments are nice and very spacious, mine even has a fireplace which is wonderful!
