The apartment itself was fine, and I appreciated the space while I was there. What I’m disappointed about is the move-out charges. I received only a small portion of my deposit back, with deductions that just don’t make sense. I was charged over $500 for “fireplace tiles,” even though I never once used the fireplace during my entire lease. I was also charged for a drip pan and for carpet cleaning that felt excessive considering the carpets were not in bad shape. Move-out charges should be fair and based on actual wear and tear caused by the tenant - these didn’t feel that way. It left a frustrating final impression after an otherwise decent stay.

Definitely recommend going and asking for her when looking for your apartment tour next , and even with her being pregnant she’s out and thriving to make stuff happen very nice young lady !!
