They want to implement towing when portal does not give residents access to manage vehicle info and have a request pending on their end for 2 weeks then go and tow. That’s poor business management. Emails have also been ignored prior regarding other stuff. There’s better communities in the area. As someone who’s in the industry details as such are very important if you want to have a good resident retention.

Jennifer, Natasha, and Kayla provide exceptional service, display open personalities while remaining professional and business-like. After seeing the 1-bedroom apartment, I immediately signed the lease and my unit was spotless at move-in time. Maintenance or any issues have been resolved quickly, and they contact you if there is anything wrong. You will see them driving around the property, ensuring things are in order or speaking to tenants on a personal level. Cannot say enough about how well I have been treated, even acknowledging my military service! The staff continue to be the biggest reason I remain a resident and HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for an apartment to sign here! Quiet area and just a small drive to Carrollton, The Colony, Frisco or Plano.

I've lived in apartments where the employees are nonexistent. Anytime I've had an issue, they have solved it quickly and efficiently. Pest control questions, parking, billing questions, lease reneawals, storage, etc, they have gone out of there way for me countless time. The maintenance crew, it comes in and fixes any issues I have before I even click submit on the request. If you plan on moving here, I highly recommend you going down to the leasing office and introducing yourself a few times. Like I said, before, I've had poor management in the past, so I wanted to know who I was working with when I moved here. You'll see how much they want to help every resident. 5 star from me.
