She is really nice and listens to yours concerns. This is a family friendly place, I've had my daughter from 1-2 years old by myself and I've never felt unsafe. Emergency work orders are answered that night. Regular Maintenance work is answered within a day or two. The apartments are nice. Before the pandemic, the community events were fun! I got free wine, pizza, cereal, and gift-wrapping at Christmas! You can unlock the gate from your phone which is super convenient. Cons: I'd say parking is an issue for non-covered parking. If you have guest over just park your car in uncovered parking when it's available and give them your covered parking. Anytime after 10 p.m. there is a huge probability you will not find parking. I was on third floor first, no issues with bugs. Now, on the first floor bugs almost everyday. They caulked the living room which improved things greatly, but I still see a beetle here and there. Before the pandemic, they could do a better job with maintaining cleanliness of the gym. Sometimes they didn't have wipes for days. The bugs and parking are out of their control. We are in a concrete jungle they cannot control the population and make the parking lot bigger. Just have a strategy if you're going to have guests. For bugs, if you're on the first floor they are bound to come in..lower your chances of bugs by getting a second or third floor apartment. I didn't get all my deposit back for my first apartment, but that's because I left the carpet dirty.
