  Went in for a tour yesterday and I can’t say enough great things. Ashley is who gave us a tour - she was so nice, knowledgeable and personable! Coming from someone in the industry I was highly impressed with her customer service. You can tell she genuinely loves what she’s doing! Just waiting for one of their apartments to come available in the time frame I am needing so I can apply.

  My husbands longtime friend failed to get his disability payment and my husband was trying get assistance from the church to help him out until they could get the payment corrected. We went into the office to figure out how to get the church in touch since they had limited ways to pay and Brooke Adams the assistant manager came outside and asked how she could help us and she was so kind and went way out of her way to help getting my husbands friend and the church together to work out getting the payment from the church. I’d love to shoutout Brooke for being so sweet and kind and making the situation so much less stressful for my husbands friend. His friend is def so he was so scared because he didn’t know how to really explain the situation and Brooke treated him with so much respect and kindness. Thank you Brooke, may God bless you for your kindness! I’d like to also shout out the church who helped in such a short time frame, The Well Church in Argyle. My husband ent everywhere he could for days and days and this church really came together to make it happen when others couldn’t. This is definitely a church you can go to and know your tithes are going to be used for good to help others. My husbands friend has always been a very hard worker and to see him get to experience the goodness of God is amazing!

  I lost my job and unable to pay rent. Been resident for two years. I sent in a written notice and then spoke with Brooke. Told her I could not pay rent. It was either eviction or move out. She was aware I would be moving. The final bill says I skipped out. I notified office and gave details how did I skip out. Plus they rented my apartment within the same month. However they charging me for the months I have left on lease which is against the law if it’s rented out. The are trying to get double pay. I will be filing complaint to the Fair Housing and Consumer Affairs.

  Love this place, just moved in and they got great reasonable price and great amenities. Also shout out to Vanessa for providing great service and helping us with any confusions me and my roommate had when we were moving in.

  The amenities here are great and I especially love the package center since it is such a convenient feature. Having two pools is definitely a plus and maintenance is always on point and very friendly whenever I need assistance. One of the nicest things about living here is the sense of community. For example, there is a neighbor who will often call the ice cream truck over and treat the kids to ice cream which makes it feel very welcoming and family friendly. Overall, the rates are a great value for everything you get and it truly feels like such a great community to be part of.
