  complex gates are always not woking you have to wait for someone to come out for you to be in, the pin pad does not help as well so you are just trapped you better have couple of hours of sick time because you will be late for work.. in fall they don't clean the leaves you will assume the parking to the next season and so they wait for the nature to remove them just like they did with ice for week. next to my balcony the sprinklers room has been broken and leaking for decades for you to get to the building you have to go through stincky water and i don't think the nature will remove this 🤷🏻‍♂️

  Don’t move here, my Dad was dead for 3 days in apt 922 after they hastled him and didn’t make any repairs for 20 years they entered the apartment and stole valuable items before I could get everything out.

  I lived here for four years! I loved everything about this place. I moved out, tried to clean the apartment as best as I could. Left not one single piece of trash! I knew I left some curtain hangers up, I knew a cabinet it the kitchen had a little damage and with me having two little girls, there would be some minor things that would be repaired. I get my report after leaving and those little screws and small wall damage is costing me over $600 dollars. They claim the paint is $500 plus and I’m being charged for cracks in the walls (foundational issues). They claimed I didn’t leave their valet trash bin, I DID! Not to mention I took a video when I left. I’m being charged $2101!!!! I left bc I lost my job and couldn’t afford it anymore, but how the hell do they want me to pay this?! 10 days after I left????? I’m going to post the video just to show how clean the unit was!! I still had a table in there bc my dad had to take it apart and pick it up, but the place was spotless! Oh they made me pay to have the carpet professionally cleaned before leaving also! I’m mind boggled at how they can do something like this! I’ve lived at several other apartments and NOT ONCE did the place charge me over the deposit. I’ve called and called trying to get a hold of someone, left messages and NO CALL BACK. I’m disgusted with this place. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU RENT HERE!!!
