Moved in from out of state (California to Texas), and the staff was excellent in handling everything behind the scenes to ensure my move went smoothly. The staff and courteous and always wiling to assist you with any concerns via email or in the office. This was a great move!

I’m giving three stars mainly because the office staff has been fairly decent and consistent, which I do appreciate. However, the way the property ownership handles certain policies does not feel very consumer-friendly.
When I had to terminate my lease, I had no issue paying the termination fee itself. The concern was the lack of clear communication regarding the 60-day notice requirement and the fact that tenants may still be responsible for additional monthly charges on top of an already high termination fee. To add the termination fee had an additional service fee was added, including three months of water/utility balance.
In my experience, I’ve never moved out of a property and had additional charges come up for water / Utilities for a total of three months. I’m sharing this so others can ask the right questions and fully understand all potential fees before making a decision. Greater transparency around these policies would really improve the resident experience.
