Lived here for a year and a half, once they tried to increase my lease, knowing that my next-door neighbor with the exact same floor plan as me was paying $200 less per month, when they told me they couldn’t do it I moved out. I never missed a payment or was late a single day. They also promised me that when I moved out, everything was perfect “ Even better than it was when I moved in “according to the maintenance man, That I would not be charged any sort of fees for reconditioning the apartment. He told me I would get my full security deposit back. Then I proceeded to get a bill for carpet reinstallation among other things like drywall repair. The leasing agents are extremely rude and don’t care about your concerns. Black mold was growing in my apartment the whole time I was there, and when I put in a maintenance request, all he did was spray some killz in my vents. I do construction, so no this is not a feasible solution. Go somewhere else

Lived her for 2 years loved it, it had occasional issues with the gates and it is hard to communicate with maintenance but that’s typical. We also dealt with a guy(who was a neighbor) threatening to cause us harm outside of our car blocking us from leaving (cops were called) he was parked in the middle of the street blocking the fire lane and side walk, WHICH IS CONSTANT OF THE RESIDENTS TO DO and the complex does not seem to care, he was mad we got “too” close to his car trying to park in the spot he was blocking due to parking in the street. The reason I’m leaving only 2 stars was because of the move out experience. I’ve seen a lot of reviews saying they try to scam and up charge you. Unfortunately when moving out we got an invoice and owed more than our deposit. They charged us for a bathtub resurface when the bathtub was done terribly in the first place but since we didn’t call maintenance they’re blaming us, I shared a video only a couple of months of us living there showing mold/mildew growing in the caulk (but since it was 2 1/2 months in it was our fault) and our backup ac drainage pipe was above our tub, close to move out, a rusty cotton ball fell out and caused it to drip and cause rust in the tub. When trying to dispute this, we called over 7 times to the manager number on the form provided, emailed 3 times and called the apartment 2 times before we heard back. We also got a fee of 50 dollars for giving our keys in 2 days early of our lease end. We’ve also never seen the amount of roaches in an apartment complex ever. Also an idea, if you have the tech to open gates with your phone, we shouldn’t need paper visitor parking passes!

I love working with Barbara at Waterford Market Apartments. She is absolutely amazing, and does an amazing job going above and beyond for her residents.
Most recently she coordinated a Wellness Fair for the community, and made sure everyone felt welcome and connected. By making sure everyone made the most of their experience, it was a highly successful event for vendors and residents alike. I've never seen anything like it at any other property. Waterford Market residents are incredibly fortunate to have a caring staff and events to promote their overall wellbeing. 💜💙

The lady that answered the phone when I called to see if this property accepted vouchers was so nice. Unfortunately, at this time they are not accepting them. However, she gave me good information and took the time show a little kindness.

I have been a resident at Ballantyne Apartments in Lewisville Tx a total of 8 years the staff is awesome I love my apartment and the location, I have referred friends and family members here they toured and leased and has been here for 5 years or more.
When I moved to the DFW area Ballantyne is the first community that I looked at and I was convinced that I did not need to look any other property this was going to be my home.
The Maintenance Team is great.
