  This builder tries to appeal to you by showcasing various design options and fixtures in its model homes, but when it comes time to be able to chose them, they say that these are not available for selection. So don't be fooled by looking at the model homes. Talk to one or more recent home buyers who have used Toll Brothers close by and then make an informed decision.

  The model home is beautiful. Dee Dee is great to work with and very helpful. Check out the model, but good luck getting a lot, the demand is wild right now.
