  This builder tries to appeal to you by showcasing various design options and fixtures in its model homes, but when it comes time to be able to chose them, they say that these are not available for selection. So don't be fooled by looking at the model homes. Talk to one or more recent home buyers who have used Toll Brothers close by and then make an informed decision.

  The model home is beautiful. Dee Dee is great to work with and very helpful. Check out the model, but good luck getting a lot, the demand is wild right now.

  I would not recommend Toll Brothers to any prospective buyer. After spending upwards of 1.2 million, one would expect exceptional service and customer experience. However, this builder specified one number as my total lot area but later after carefully going through the paperwork and asking several questions discovered that more than 12% of the specified area is outside the designated border fence without access for me. Next, this builder never mentioned when I am required to add floor electric outlets and during the electric appointment told me it was too late to add them. The construction work hasn't even begun yet and they haven't even started work to dig the trench for the foundation, and yet they tell me that they will not accommodate any customer requests despite the fault clearly being at their end for not notifying me adequately. They simply do not wish to inform the construction crew to update their plans for the flooring outlets. Next, after signing the agreement of sale papers, I am informed that this entire neighborhood will not have any street lights due to it being a designated dark sky region. The builder offers very few design options which are overpriced (to make up for their margins) compared with the same exact items being listed at much lower prices at home improvement stores. They are also not too responsive and in many cases will not respond in a timely manner to your requests despite multiple emails and phone calls. Please stay away from this builder.
