  I had a great experience working with Aaron, the construction manager, and Nathan, the real estate salesman. Aaron was outstanding from start to finish—professional, detail-oriented, and always on top of everything. He communicated clearly, handled issues quickly, and made the entire construction process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about quality and doing things the right way. Nathan was equally great on the real estate side. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made sure everything stayed on track. He explained things clearly and was always available when questions came up. The only questionable thing about Nathan is his loyalty to Arsenal 😄 — but jokes aside, he’s a solid professional and a pleasure to work with. Overall, both Aaron and Nathan made this experience positive and seamless. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable construction manager and a trustworthy real estate professional.

  I have a very positive experience with Pulte from start to finish. They were very professional, communicated well with me, and always responded to any questions very quickly. I would specifically like to thank several people. The first thanks is to Bailey. She was our sales associate and she was a huge help with making our decision on the right lot and floor plan. We relocated from St. Louis, Missouri, so we could not see the area and Bailey would often go to the neighborhood and send us videos of the lot. We really appreciated that. The information she provided helped my wife and I to make the decision to relocate to Leander Texas. Another thanks to Pemela. She helped us with the design process, and I don't think our house would look near as good as it does without her help. Another huge thanks is to Aaron, our construction manager. I probably asked him a million questions and had a lot of requests that he made sure he looked into. He was always very quick to answer any of my questions. I had a 3rd Party Inspector inspect the house and a lot of the items the inspector pointed out, Aaron was already addressing with his crew. Aaron was also a huge help with the final walk-through. He noticed several areas that just needed some touch-up paint that my wife and I probably missed. The electrical vendor at InCharge was a lot of help. I had specific things that I wanted, and he made sure those things were taken care of. Pulte has been very clear of the warranty. I just sent out an email today with a few items that need addressed but I am confident Pulte will have no issues fixing any issues covered under warranty. This has been my first new construction house. I had no idea what to expect when I first reached out but Pulte made it easier than I thought it would. It was a lot of work and planning but we love the end result and are very happy with our home!
