- NRNaani RJul 9, 20251.0I'm giving Pulte zero stars. We recently bought a new home from them, and before closing, we noticed a few issues. The construction manager said they'd fix them within a month after closing. It's now been over a month and a half, and they're not responding. The customer support is very poor. Don't trust their warranty - they don't respond, and even when they do, they don't show up to fix the issues. I'm regretting buying a house from them and trusting their promises.
