I’ve had an ongoing wildlife issue in my unit since March 13, with consistent movement and noise inside the walls. Despite multiple follow-ups and escalation, there is still no confirmed service date or clear timeline for resolution.
What’s been most frustrating is the lack of preparedness and ownership in handling this situation. I’ve been told that multiple vendors were unable to assist due to access limitations, yet there appears to have been no contingency plan in place for scenarios like this.
I was also offered a unit transfer as the only alternative, which is not a reasonable solution to an issue that should be addressed within the unit itself. Additionally, I’ve been asked what steps I believe management should take to resolve the issue—when that responsibility should not fall on a resident.
At this point, the situation has gone beyond inconvenience. The noise is occurring daily, is affecting my sleep, and is triggering allergy symptoms, making it difficult to comfortably remain in my home.
I hope the property takes a more proactive and solution-oriented approach to situations like this moving forward, as residents should not have to navigate unresolved issues of this nature for weeks at a time.

Hello,
Please do not decide to stay here. You will not get your deposit back even if you kept the apartment in good condition. It's been a year for me since I moved out and haven't received my deposit of $700. When I checked back with the leasing center, the manager says it was sent out but I never received that. I thought the forwarding address must be incorrect but I went to the leasing again in person to check and turns out that the address was correct and they said they will send it out again which I haven't received yet again. It's already 3 months to that visit. Highly not recommend leasing here. The units are old and had a huge electricity bill too.

The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any service issues. The office staff is very easy to work with. Lived here for many years.
We lived here for 4+ years and everything written in this review is fact. There are so many negative things about this complex, and my review ended up being so long that you will want to give up reading.
Gate reopens if it senses another vehicle tailgating, so this complex is gated but not really.
Ceiling makes a really loud creaking noise when upstair neighbors walk. You can hear every single step and even when they flush toilet or turn on the shower.
Walls are so thin that you can hear next door neighbors listening to music or watching TV.
AC&heater smell like whatever your neighbors are cooking or smoking in their unit every time it comes on, which made us nauseous all the time affecting our health, and apt complex told us that odor from AC was “part of lease contract”. Maintenance crew came and checked and that’s it. Nothing further was done since they would had to rebuild this whole building to solve this issue.
High staff & maintenance crew turnover rate.
Residents park all over the places that they’re not supposed to-fire lanes, covered parking spot that’s not theirs, park over the lines and park single vehicle across 2-4 parking spots.
Lots of vehicles with expired registration stickers or disabled vehicles in parking lots. Even stolen vehicles are parked in this complex since it’s so easy to go through gates without remote.
Residents do not know how to put trash INSIDE the dumpster but would leave them on the ground right by the dumpster even though dumpster is not full at all.
Dogs that are left alone in balcony/patio bark constantly and are disturbing, but owners of those give zero care.
Move out charges -they would nickel and dime you for everything they “want” to replace. It won’t matter how clean you live and how much you clean the place before you move out.
Luxer package room lockers are always full regardless of the time of the year, and there would be several packages just laying loose on the floor not secured at all. They say that uncollected packages would be sent back to sender if uncollected for 2 weeks, but there are packages from a few months ago still in lockers, and nothing is done about t.
There’s no blindspot mirror by the dumpster on the creek & Parkridge blvd side, and apt didn’t care to install one even after residents recommended it. People would cut short when turning around that dumpster and almost collide with another vehicle or pedestrians.
Several gym equipments were not operating, and apt complex never cared enough to repair or replace them even though the complex was aware of it. Also gym was closed for extended period of time last year, but the rent would go up $100 every year for less amenity and benefits.
Community clubhouse costs around $200-$300 to rent for a day, and all that room has is an old couch and a table.
Poor pavement-brinks are sticking up unevenly and a trip hazard. Mud in some people’s designated covered parking spot due to rack of rocks and grass.
Great job for reading all this. This is not even all but if all these above are not enough for you to reconsider moving here, this is definitely a perfect place for you! Good luck.
