While I met the requirement. Agent did not offer assistance other than applying on my own meaning my partner could not be on the lease or reside at the residence. Did not offer at least a higher deposit when I was told depending on results an increased deposit will be required. Very weird and strange application process just to be denied for something so minor. Asked to link all these personal accounts with sensitive information just for the system to not pick up the proper information that was given and added a denial reason as income being insufficient when both parties meet well over income requirements. I will not recommend this complex to anyone and explains why the same unit that was empty a year ago is still empty today.
