I have a friend that lives here. I was visiting for a few days. And let me tell you the amount of roaches thats in her apartment alone is concerning! And she's a pretty clean person! We was spraying them suckers left and right the whole time while i was there with roach spray (different brands too) but it seems like they are immune to it!! you may kill them on impact but it felt like for every one you killed you would get a dozen more later on! I had roaches climb on me while trying to fall asleep on the coach several times!!!!!!!!! I dont even want to think about how many was on me while I was actually asleep! Infested with roaches is a understatement! I just felt bad leaving her there, I wanted to taker her home with me because for one she pays way too much to live like that! For two That gates never worked while I was there and according to her they haven't in months and months! For three wet spots all over her ceilings from all the rain since she lived there. You can her it drip into the ceiling while its raining. When she first moved in I remember pointing it out to her and saying " wow you can just tell they painted over the water damage ceiling instead of fix it." For four We couldn't even enjoy fresh air on her balcony because the balcony floor is falling apart , got holes and loose boards! Doesn't feel safe at all. She had went out by herself and sat in a chair on her balcony and one her legs from her chair went straight thru the board!!!! Im sure theres tons more to tell but moral of the story or just a piece of advice from a outsider who dont live here and just as a guest to someone who does run...run...RUN! ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR HEADACHES!!!! ZERO STARS IN MY BOOK!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible place to live, it took 6 months to fix a dishwasher, it's been 4 months without air conditioning, lights goes out almost weekly. The facility cleaning is lacking. A building has been wrecked by fire 6 months ago and nothing has been done about it. Gate keys don't work, not that the gates work at all. And today their is no hot water. Rent has gone up dramatically since becoming Mustang on the Trail and serves has dramatically decreased and their only answer is " We understand your situation and we are working on it" Absolute B.S. . If you're reading this because you're looking for a new place to live...run, run away from this place. I'm counting down the days I can move out myself.

Do not be fooled by the "Luxury and Convenience" branding at Mustang on the Trail. While they are quick to collect your rent and fees, they are failing on every basic level of property management. • No Hot Water: We have been without hot water for two days now. For a "luxury" community, being unable to bathe, do laundry (our washer and dryers SUCK!), or maintain hygiene (especially while our entire household is currently sick) is a major health violation. • Infestations: Despite the "convenience" they promise, we are dealing with a German roach infestation that is taking FOREVER to get rid of and may not even go away after doing a huge clean out spray if our apartment. • Broken Security: We pay almost $20!! For monthly "Community Maintenance Fee," yet the gates have been broken for over a month. This "gated" community is currently a free-for-all; we’ve had multiple vehicle break-ins, people doing drugs on-site, and random individuals entering from the greenbelts. • No Priorities: Management can’t fix a boiler or a gate, but they have no problem sending tow trucks out daily to prey on residents for minor issues like expired registration. It is insulting to pay "luxury" prices for a broken gate, a bug-infested unit, most of the apartment buildings have no lights and having to take walks in the dark and to top it off COLLDD showers. Once we can we are OUT of here. This is a HORRIBLE place to live. If you value your health and safety, just look elsewhere in Kingwood.
