Do not be fooled by the "Luxury and Convenience" branding at Mustang on the Trail. While they are quick to collect your rent and fees, they are failing on every basic level of property management. • No Hot Water: We have been without hot water for two days now. For a "luxury" community, being unable to bathe, do laundry (our washer and dryers SUCK!), or maintain hygiene (especially while our entire household is currently sick) is a major health violation. • Infestations: Despite the "convenience" they promise, we are dealing with a German roach infestation that is taking FOREVER to get rid of and may not even go away after doing a huge clean out spray if our apartment. • Broken Security: We pay almost $20!! For monthly "Community Maintenance Fee," yet the gates have been broken for over a month. This "gated" community is currently a free-for-all; we’ve had multiple vehicle break-ins, people doing drugs on-site, and random individuals entering from the greenbelts. • No Priorities: Management can’t fix a boiler or a gate, but they have no problem sending tow trucks out daily to prey on residents for minor issues like expired registration. It is insulting to pay "luxury" prices for a broken gate, a bug-infested unit, most of the apartment buildings have no lights and having to take walks in the dark and to top it off COLLDD showers. Once we can we are OUT of here. This is a HORRIBLE place to live. If you value your health and safety, just look elsewhere in Kingwood.

Place was infested with roaches, and the pest control didn't help at all. Laundry facilities are barely functioning. Workmanship in the apartments is shoddy. Power constantly goes out. A whole building burned down. A different building also had a less severe fire. But the pools are nice and the residents are mostly quiet and respectful.

This place is the worse place for repairs. Exit and entrance gates have been out for months. Multiple exterior lights out causing dark places to feel unsafe. The gates have been out for months. I could build a gate opener in the time they been out. Rent has went up every year and they keep adding additional fees ever year. Its crazy how they add more fees and changed how we are charged for, trash, gas, water, water waste, and making you get their internet at 62.00 when I had it on my own for 30.00. it’s almost to the point I can’t afford to live here any longer.
