This is the absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in.
Told the office we had a roach problem. They sent out a guy after several days, who sprayed a bit, but even he said it wouldn't get rid of the roach problem. We couldn't cook or have ANY food out, not even in the fridge. They'd crawl out of the dish washer, garbage disposal, and fridge. I would have to shower with a spray bottle to shoot them down off the ceiling so they wouldn't land on me while washing my hair.
We had to manually turn off all of the kitchen outlets from the breaker box because smoke would come out of them from the dead roaches and roach feces burning from the electricity.
Aside from the roaches, there were also silverfish, beetles, fruit flies, house flies, and plenty of spiders. All impossible to get rid of, no matter how clean you kept your unit.
Moving out of here was a nightmare. We had to unpack everything immediately in our new place to make sure we didn't bring any live roaches with us.
The power to our building was frequently shut off for hours with no warning while they did maintenance.
Water leaked up through our floor boards when it rained and ruined our belongings.
Called the office and told them our fridge broke, and it took them 2 weeks to fix it. Lost $100 worth of groceries.
We also told the office THREE times in the year we were there that our wall was falling apart, and they never fixed that either.
The pool and fitness center are always locked or closed for maintenance.
The laundromat is absolute trash. The dryers don't dry your clothes, and it ends up costing you $10 PER LOAD to dry them completely. They also keep raising the prices on the washers and dryers that DON'T WORK.
The parking spaces are incredibly tight, and I have multiple dings on both sides of my car from other residents hitting it while getting into their vehicles.
There's no security cameras whatsoever, and the pedestrian gate and vehicle gates are almost always broken or open. I had the gate close on my car while I was half way through the exit. The sensors don't work half the time.
Visitors parking isn't for visitors. They changed the policy without notifying us, and my new car got towed. Had to pay a huge impound fee to get it out.
All that to say, there were two fires in two weeks. We moved out THIRTY HOURS EXACTLY before our building caught on fire and our ceiling caved in. So maybe there's no longer a roach infestation in building 7, as it's no longer safe to live in. Many people lost their homes. The office only offered people things that were donated to them to help out, adding insult to injury.
All in all, living here was an absolute nightmare.
Management is an absolute joke and nothing is ever fixed or taken care of.
My advice, if you're cool with having HUNDREDS of bugs as roommates, and you're fine with risking losing all your belongings to fires, this is a great place to live.
