  Just dropping a review nearly 3 years after the fact, but just wanted to thank Morgan Jones for her excellent service she provided in closing on our VA home loan in Killeen in April 2022. Our home was a new construction build and the builders were doing everything they could to get us out of the contract so they could turn around and sell the house for much higher since we locked in the price right before prices surged with COVID. Morgan was working with us even when we were living out of state when we initially signed the purchase agreement in early 2021. She would go to the home site and take pictures for us and do video tours. There were significant construction delays when the home should have been completed in summer 2021, but was not completed until April 2022, and Morgan was there every step of the way to help us through that stressful time. Morgan went to bat for us and fought our builders tooth and nail, voiced our concerns to the builders, and kept them in check and we ultimately were able to close. We are truly grateful for her service!
