Great park. Quiet, no crime to speak of. The neighbors are helpful, friendly and very kind. The staff is great, professional and friendly as well. If I had one small whine, it would be limited RV parking spots. There's MANY great spots in the park, but for one reason or another we can't move our RV there. Besides that 100%! I hope they don't build low income apartments across the street though, they just leveled like 20 acres. Looks like apt. Housing to me. If they DO put apartments in, I hope Elm Grove puts in security gates for added security. It's peaceful and safe here, we'd love to keep it that way. ☺️
UPDATE 1/30/26 (moved roughly a year ago)
The "Aspire"Corporation is adding an additional $50 for "power maintenance" or something to that effect to your rent every month thats not in the rules, terms, or rental agreement anywhere since I've lived there for about 5 years, its also illegal and against State Law.
They also overcharge you for your power, I suspect theyre charging the residents more than the park is actually paying, (theyll never show you) which is also against State Law.
If you have a large dog regardless of the breed or its temperament youll be constantly harassed by management because of random unknown "complaints."
The pool is closed more times than not, even when they say its supposed to be open.. for "maintenance," or "for your "safety" with any reason they can summon not to let PAID residents enter the pool more times than not.
They also illegally kept my security deposit which is also against State Law and failed to contact me for my deposit to be returned.
One of the office members is EXTREMELY unkind, insulting, unprofessional and RUDE (youll know who she is when you talk to her for 5 minutes, thats why the one in the front handles the majority of the business.)
Then the same staff member tried to force me into signing a "30 day agreement to quit" paying rent, which NO notice is required to move for a month, to month rental without a lease.. Which is ALSO against State Law.
From the outside this looks like a nice park, give it a year or two and youll want to move out, a drug dealer riding a Harley moved in next to me and after that all I had were problems, I also reported it to the police and nothing was done..
"Aspire Communities" is a Corporate Corporation from the west coast thats running the park into the ground and breaking State Law everytime you get a bill, they need to be sued.
This is a unpaid review and my personal experience from living there for 5 years (ballpark) and wont be removed. At this point I dont care if I even get my deposit back, Im glad to have moved out of there.
Youve been warned.
