  Steven Dye sold our current home in record time! When we were looking for a new home we found he was very knowledgeable of the Kerrville area and neighborhoods. We were selling and purchasing at the same time and he worked very hard to make sure everything went perfectly, including working after hours on several occasions and even on his vacation! Also while he was on vacation other members of his team stepped in and didn't miss a beat. We couldn’t have asked for a friendlier, more professional realty Company and highly recommend them.
