  I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Carla and Olivia from the leasing office. They have been exceptionally professional, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout my time here. They create an environment that feels safe and welcoming, almost like family, which truly makes this place feel like home. I deeply appreciate everything they do. The marina view is a lovely bonus.

  Signs in swimming area are a bit much and dog poop park lighting is over the top too bright at night. Maintenance has made it much better, and they are friendly and helpful. All in all it is a pretty nice complex and is close to many fun activities

  The staff are super friendly, kind and helpful. Maintenance is on point- Allen is a rock star! He is personable, has a great attitude and explains what he's doing when making a maintenance repair. Keep up the great work!!!!

  The staff here are amazing. Norma went above and beyond helping me become a new resident here. The timing can be tricky when selling a home and trying to plan for a move to a new place all at the same time. She was so patient and understanding. She truly helped make this as seamless of a transition as possible for me and my children. My children and I look forward to making many new memories here. Thank you Norma!

  I was blown away by the upgrades in the unit I was shown! Absolutely beautiful! The leasing agent, Brian was great showing me around. From the outside it was not so my style, but the property grounds were immaculate! The only reason I give it a 4 star is because of the price per month. I wish I could have signed a lease here and made it my new home but realistically, it was on the high side. My opinion.
