  I went to see the property on saturday, and I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Ms.Emily who showed me all over the apartment campus. She took the time to show me four different layouts of apartments and walked me through every single detail about what makes Waterstone such a beautiful place to live. The property is located by a major freeway but it is so incredibly quiet on site. The gym has everything you could ever need to get a full workout in on a daily basis in the piece and quiet of your own building complex. They have a lot of modern amenities there and everything is very clean. Emily went over all the different features of each apartment, shared all the specials going on and sent me home with a folder that housed all the information I need. She also made sure to book a follow up appt with me later in the year to check on me as my move-in date is not for a while. Right from the start, Emily was very professional, friendly, and super sweet. At multiples points during my tour she offered me water and coffee, she and I also talked about a multitude of things while walking around and we had a great time connecting. I have been looking at a lot of places recently and this is hands down the best tour I have had.

  New management on board! Emily is an extremely talented and customer oriented manager who cares about all tenants and doing her due diligence in every that comes her way. We have been residents for 5 years now and we had it hard last year with a different gm for 8 months. Fortunately, we have Emily and our maintenance staff that are phenomenal and professional as well. I have always had a clean place and if any issues arise maintenance is with us that day. Thank you for making our community safe, welcoming, and a place we can call home.

His promptness and courtesy were greatly appreciated, and he was quick to take care of the issue. Esteban is always dependable, and it’s clear that Waterstone at Cinco Ranch has a truly great maintenance team. Thank you for the outstanding service!

  We love living in this complex. After almost 4 years here, we are still very satisfied, especially with the maintenance team. They always respond quickly and do an excellent job. Mr. Esteban is very kind and always willing to help. Many thanks to the entire team for their great work. Everyone does an exceptional job—they are all excellent. Nos encanta vivir en este complejo. Después de casi 4 años aquí, seguimos muy satisfechos, especialmente con el equipo de mantenimiento. Siempre responden rápido y hacen un trabajo excelente. El Sr. Esteban es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo por su gran trabajo. Todos hacen una labor excepcional, son excelentes.

  Giving a 5 star for the maintenance not the apartment complex. They are the best in the whole universe. Honestly. I could stay in this apartment just because of great maintenance not necessarily the complex. The complex it self is really peacful unless you have noisy neighbors. The front office are not the kindest but tolerable the worst are the roaches. Whatever thee pest control people use does not work. There are so many it is wild how much there are considering the cost of the apartment.
