  When my air conditioner went out they were here the following day to fix it. When I came home from work my apartment was nice and cool.

  First, let me start by saying I signed my lease OCTOBER 2025 it is currently MARCH 2026 and I just finished moving out. The BIGGEST reason is because of parking literally not enough parking for the community and most of the parking is covered. I work late and I get off at 11pm I make it home about 11:35-11:40 literally On my way! Home every night hoping for at least one parking spot available around the whole complex several nights I had to literally sit in my car and ride around for hourssssss to wait for someone to leave because space is literally at capacity with parking. Many nights I’ve sat in my car til 3-4am waiting to get a spot. Basically was forced to get a $50/month carport went to the front office and received 3 months free for one. The office staff was very helpful and nice my stay I have no complaints on that but there is dog poop everywhere you walk in the apts, they don’t do a good job staying on top of that either but my biggest issue was parking my fiancé car was towed because we spent hours just sitting in the car after work and was ready to go in and get our shower and night started so we parked to the side came back and hour later and her car was gone no help from the front office in the matter. Then the parking carport spot I got was so far from my unit never been in an apartment where every single parking spot is taken every single day even 18 wheelers park in the parking spots which takes up more space. If parking is an issue for you DO NOT MOVE HERE save yourself the frustration and if you do go at night to see for yourself what parking is like and that will give you an idea what to expect.

  Its going down hill had so many neighbors from receiving specials than moving its ridiculous making living here poor havin no respect for apartment being dirty bringin bugs. gates been broke over a year homeless walk thru here
