    I went on a tour with Delmy, the leasing professional, and she was amazing! Even though my move in is not until fall, she wasn't dismissive like other apartments I toured. She was super attentive, professional and was able to answer any questions that I had. I can tell the staff there is a great staff that really care about the property because the community was clean and everything looked properly maintained. Overall, I had an awesome experience and we’ll be applying with them very soon!

    I’ve had a great experience at this property so far. The atmosphere is welcoming, and everything has been well-maintained. The amenities really stand out and make it a comfortable place to live. The pool has been nice to go to lately! I’m really enjoying it! Being from up North, I’ve been looking forward to this nice weather.

    Came for a tour and was on time, there was a sign on the door saying they’ll be back in 15 mins? The door to the leasing office was locked and an Amazon driver even pulled up and couldn’t deliver and was confused. I was also because it wasn’t even lunch hours and you’re just closed when you have appts scheduled with potential tenants. Wasn’t a good look and they weren’t really apologetic.

    My experience with Grand Villas Apartments was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The office team was incredibly welcoming and took the time to walk me through every detail of the apartment, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The leasing team truly goes above and beyond—Ruby Gonzalez was exceptional. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went perfectly. Her team was just as amazing, providing consistent support and excellent communication throughout. The atmosphere in the office is warm and inviting, and you can tell they take pride in delivering top-tier service. This has been one of the best leasing experiences I’ve had, and I highly recommend Grand Villas Apartments to anyone looking for a seamless and positive move-in experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    I have been a resident here for two years, and I can confidently say that the previous administration was much better. Below are the reasons why I’m rating this community so poorly. The new administration never takes action on maintenance requests and often closes them without actually resolving the issues. In the gym, people bring in large speakers—the kind used at concerts—and play music at extremely high volumes. Despite multiple complaints, no action has been taken. These individuals may temporarily lower the volume when asked, only to turn it back up within a few minutes. The Vivint infrastructure used in the community is consistently unreliable. When you raise a complaint, the administration asks you to deal with Vivint directly. Vivint, in turn, responds that they cannot proceed because it’s a community-wide system and any request must come from the administration. It’s a frustrating loop with no accountability and mind you, sometimes, the thermostat might be out for months. We are charged a $25 monthly trash fee, yet the trash is frequently left out and scattered around the community. Areas near the grill stations and pool are especially bad. The management makes no effort to enforce cleanliness. I once raised a complaint about a strange smell coming into my apartment. The management didn’t investigate or resolve the issue—instead, they just closed the complaint. When I asked why they closed it without taking action, they told me it was “noted.” I genuinely wonder where their imaginary notepad is! 🤔 The pool table and other amenities are locked after office hours—5 or 6 PM on weekdays and as early as 1 PM on weekends. What’s the point of having amenities if tenants can’t use them? Here’s my side of the story regarding my lease: I went to the leasing office to inform them that I wouldn’t be renewing my lease and asked if I needed to sign anything. The administrator asked why I wasn’t renewing, along with a few other questions, and assured me that I didn’t need to sign anything—that he would handle it. Fast forward to the final month of my lease, they claimed I had failed to notify them. They said they didn’t believe me. I reminded them that I had raised the issue in person and even asked them to check their security cameras. They said they won’t. I don’t mind paying the rent for the extra 30 days, but this entire experience speaks volumes about the character and integrity of the current management. I can assure you that all the good reviews are from the new tenants who recently moved in. No wonder I've been asked to give 5 star review on google when I moved. If you still wanna move in, check the reviews from the tenants who stayed here for more than 2 years.
