This is a second-chance property, which is truly a blessing. My application was approved within two days, and I was able to move in the very next day after approval. Their communication is excellent quick to respond by phone, text, or email. The rent is affordable, and my unit was clean and perfect at move-in. The property is well-kept, quiet during both the day and night, and ideal for working from home. Internet service is included in the rent through Xfinity and was connected on the day I moved in, which made the transition seamless. I’m also impressed with how the property cares for maintenance and upkeep the grounds stay clean, and the gate is always closed and secure. I’m very glad to be part of a community that truly cares for its residents.
