Visiting someone at 3300 Olympus Falcon Landing Apartments is a nightmare. The complex is large and looks nice, but they only have 10 visitor parking spots, yes that’s right ONLY TEN!!!, which makes no sense. Finding parking is extremely difficult and very frustrating—clearly not designed with visitors in mind.

Review – February 5, 2026
Today, my wife’s vehicle was towed without any justification. When she raised the issue, the administration ignored her complaints and caused her significant distress. As a result, my wife lost her entire workday due to not having access to her vehicle.
It is unacceptable to treat a resident this way. We have lived in this complex for over five years, always with the same vehicles, no changes, and with valid, up-to-date parking stickers. Due to an administrative error, my wife had to endure a stressful day and was unable to work
After filing the appropriate formal complaints, the administration acknowledged that my vehicle was towed due to an administrative error on their end and covered the towing cost. I was able to retrieve my car without paying anything.
However, even though the charge was resolved, the situation was very disruptive. I lost an entire morning of work and had to travel over 35 minutes from the complex to retrieve the vehicle. Additionally, the treatment I received from the administration was unacceptable. Both the manager and the assistant manager were rude, ignored my requests, and showed no willingness to help. When I called the office, the assistant manager stated she could not assist me because she was going to lunch.
It is unacceptable that after living in this community for five years, using the same vehicles throughout that time, with no changes and with valid, up-to-date parking stickers, an administrative error of this magnitude occurred and directly impacted a resident in this way.
The only person who showed professionalism and was willing to help was Jessica, and I appreciate her assistance.
Although the error was eventually corrected, the stress, lost work time, and lack of respect from management made this an unnecessarily difficult experience. Residents should not have to escalate complaints to receive fair and respectful treatment.
