  Thank you, Vakner Rene, for all the maintenance support. We’ve lived here for more than two years, so normal wear and tear comes up from time to time. He always responds quickly, communicates clearly, and makes sure the work is done carefully and professionally. We truly appreciate his responsibility and attention to detail. Wishing the maintenance team and all staff a Merry Christmas, and I hope this community will be loved by even more people.

  My boyfriend and I have lived here for over a year now and we are still loving it. Rene, our maintenance man, is always timely and helpful with whatever requests we throw at him. He always comes with a smile on his face ready to take on whatever we need help with. Additionally, the complex itself is wonderful. There have been minor issues, as comes with living anywhere, but they are always resolved in the fastest manner possible with thorough communication provided regarding updates. Overall a great place to live.

  If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. After spending weeks touring communities, houses, and local apartments, I can say without hesitation that I chose this property as my home because of Shayla. From the very beginning, her mannerisms, professionalism, and warmth set the tone for everything. There were no gray areas, no hidden tricks, no gimmicks — just honesty, clarity, and genuine care. The entire leasing process was quick, seamless, and incredibly efficient. Every question was answered before I even had to ask, every detail handled with precision, and she made sure I felt fully supported every step of the way. Walking the property, I was amazed that what you see is exactly what you get — the beautiful interiors, exterior spaces, the community layout — everything is truly as advertised and even more stunning in person. With all the changes happening in my life, this was exactly what I needed… a place for my family and I to call home, somewhere stable, safe, and beautiful. And I am so happy and grateful that it is here. Thank you, Shayla, for making this experience not just simple, but personal. You are kind, sweet, delightful, and exceptional at what you do. You didn’t just lease an apartment — you helped me build the next chapter of my life.   Wow so sad to see ME leave for the second time Elation at Grandway West Apparents has giving me the most comfortable stay each time ( yes returning tenant) the staff is amazing Shayla is the best., She has been here for me to understand my contract and option I had. I wanted to speak to her manager in regards to my needs but he was pre occupied. Shayla step and listen to my needs and was able to offer opportunities for me to my transition out of my apartment . Gonna miss you guys Gilbert Picquet
