  I don't usually make reviews but I think this place has been where I have felt most disappointed, frustrated and indignant since I arrived in this wonderful country, here are my reasons: First the terrible customer service—with the sole exception of Ms. Danyelle Although she does not speak Spanish, she consistently treated me with respect and provided excellent assistance. My grievance lies with the Manager Robert; despite supposedly speaking Spanish, the three times I sought his assistance, he treated me with indifference and a distinct lack of courtesy. On three separate occasions, I asked him if there were any ground-floor apartments available with a private yard, and his response was invariably "No"—even after I pointed out that your website listed several ground-floor units with yards. Consequently, I decided to stop consulting him and instead wait for one of the female staff members to arrive—the ones who do not speak Spanish, yet provide far superior service compared to the Manager. As it turned out, Apartment #5103 *was* indeed available—a ground-floor unit with a yard, exactly the perfect fit I needed. During the tour, I was informed that if I submitted my application by March 28th, I would receive a special rent discount of $1,500. I agreed to this offer, even though it meant I would have to move in 15 days earlier than my actual desired move-in date. I proceeded to submit my application and paid the $225 fee to advance the leasing process and finalize the paperwork. Yesterday, I received an email containing the lease agreement; however, the $1,500 discount that had been initially promised was nowhere to be found. I immediately went in person to inquire where that $1,500 had been applied. To my astonishment, Danyelle informed me that—regrettably—the promotion was no longer available, and they could now offer only a $500 discount. I rejected this outright with a resounding "NO." Upon seeing my reaction, she spoke with the Manager to insist that they honor the agreement we had previously reached. Following this incident—and feeling profoundly disappointed—I am left reflecting on how, simply because we do not speak English or because we are immigrants, we are often forced to endure treatment and abuse at the hands of certain individuals in this otherwise wonderful... ...country. I will conclude by saying that I know it is my obligation to learn to speak English fluently (and I am currently in the process of doing so); however, you should consider the vast Spanish-speaking community in the Katy area and ensure you have staff available who can communicate more effectively. I would rather forfeit the $225 I invested in the application than feel as uncomfortable as I did; indeed, I would hate to even imagine what the experience would be like during the actual execution of the contract, given the issues I encountered before I had even signed it.
