  We deal with Slate Property Management and we can’t say enough about them. From this summer and our AC going out, they had us taken care of within hours and at a time it was hot and miserable yet they acted like we were family and had us back to comfort in no time! Then just recently on Christmas Eve night our front room flooded, and they were there at 1 am in the morning to shut off water and by 12 Christmas Day we had a fix. Absolutely amazed how well they treat us and have to admit the bar they have set is almost unreachable by any other Property Management company. When we are ready to make our first home purchase next year we will definitely stick with Slate Property Management!

  I cannot say enough about Scottco Realty Group! Especially my relator, Delanie! She went above and beyond for me. I was moving from out of state and she came highly recommended from a friend who had used her to buy their house. Delanie made the whole house buying process a piece of cake! Anything I needed she was on top of it in a timely manner. If I needed her to do a walk through on a house, no questions asked. She would immediately go to the house, call me on facetime and walk every inch of the house with me. She probably did this 10 or 15 times for me. She has the most patience I have ever seen. If I could have used her as my selling agent as well, hands down would have! She is an absolute saint! Once, I finally moved to Texas before my closing. Delanie and I met for lunch and did a full walk through of my new home and checked off all lists. Meeting Delanie in person will have you folding over in laughter, she is hilarious and probably the kindest person I have ever met! I would recommend her to anyone I know who wants to buy or sell. I truly have a friend for life in, Delanie. She could not have made Texas feel more like home!

  Our experience with realtor Delanie was horrible. She was recommended to us by loan company. Being an out of state client at the time, we found the property and builder on our own. We negotiated all amenities and contracts on our own. The representative with the builder did all the work I feel Delanie should have done like send us updates on property and picutres of the progress. She never even met with us once we moved into town, didn't complete the final walk through with us I think during the whole 10-11 month long process we spoke hand full of times via phone and she sent a couple of emails on our behalf. I dont even think she know what our home looks like!? Very unacceptable! On day of closing She showed up late , snapped couple of pictures and haven't seen or heard from her again. As first time home buyer's we had higher expectations and feel we were robbed of some of the joy we should have experienced.Or was the expectations too high? I will never recommend based on our experience.

  I’m not sure who answered the phone, but when i called a women answered the phone and rudely asked me “what do you want” and hung up. Whoever it was needs to be trained on how to answer the phones professionally!
