  The property is beautiful and in a nice calm area. I love the layout of the property and how spacious it is. The assitant manager Andrea toured me and showed me the in and outs, great gym facility. She is the reason i decided to move in and i couldnt be happier. Andrea is wonderful and if you need a place to live, reach to her and she will take care of you.

  I was hesitant to re-enter apartment living after more than 30 years of living in a house but it’s been a year and a half since moving in and I couldn’t be happier. The complex is beautiful and so well maintained and although I do miss having a back yard, the balconies are spacious and covered. As for the actual apartments they are beautiful with the granite countertops, open living areas and really high ceilings. I also love my floor plan with the spacious kitchen (lots of cabinet space) and large bathroom. And the best part of all is how nice the office staff and maintenance guys are. They are always friendly, know our names and do a great job taking care of us. I’m really happy living here!!!

  I can’t say enough good things about Reatta Ranch and the staff, Shannon & Andrea are always ready to assist us with anything it’s truly become a place that feels like home! One of the biggest highlights for me is how friendly and professional they are. Location is wonderful if you like a peaceful environment. The office staff also host resident events for us and my wife and I enjoy them so much.

  My experience was amazing I’m excited to be apart of this community!! My property managers were Andrea Rojas and Shannon Praytor. They made this experience so wonderful. The tour was amazing and the kindness from both individuals. I laughed the majority of the visit. If you have the opportunity to view with them you won’t be upset!!

  My experience at this property was great. The grounds are always very clean which was a big plus for me compared to other properties. The maintenance worker Jeremy is always very kind whenever I run into him and he is definitely on top of things!
