  I’ve had a great experience working with Andrea at Reatta Ranch Apartments. She has been incredibly helpful and professional, and it’s been a pleasure working with her over the last year or so. Andrea is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with questions or concerns. She truly makes the process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend working with her if you’re considering Reatta Ranch.

  Reatta Ranch Apartment Homes are the best move i ever made. Complex Manager Shannon Praytor is absolutely wonderful , warm and inviting. This is a five star environment, newer development ,apartments are clean, spotless and modern, washers dryers and everything with some having attached garages ! Shannon runs a tight ship, swimming pool and grounds are kept very clean everyday by the maintenance department. no litter anywhere ,compared to any other apartment complex this place is a win win no brainer.

  Mrs. Shannon (Property Manager) is absolutely amazing, she’s been very kind and helpful since we’ve moved here in April. The Reatta team helps make this apartment complex feel truly like Home! I recently requested a service to my HVAC.. and within 15 minutes we had a maintenance crew member over, and he fixed the problem!

  I had an amazing experience with the Office staff at Reatta Ranch especially Shannon and Andrea from the very first interaction, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They always go above and beyond to make residence feel heard and supported, And their communication is excellent. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and with such a positive attitude. It truly makes a difference living in a community where Office that is so dedicated and friendly Shannon and Andrea are a huge asset to Reatta Ranch and I couldn’t recommend them enough renewing my lease for another year.

  Lived here almost 3 years!! Beware!! Building 7 is full of mold. I am finding out now that my health issues is from that building. Then moved to another building and got somewhat better but had to leave due to my parents health. Shannon is the worse manager that we have had there! The girls before her had a heart would not have charged me an outrageous amount. Beware she might be nice at first but she’s RUDE AND FAKE!! Don’T TRUST HER! She doesn’t care about anyone. You walk in the office and they look at you like, why are you here? Just rude! The maintenance guys are good but the office turnover should tell you something about Shannon.
