  Just moved into Avilla Reserve in Justin Tx. Really love they are “individual” apartment homes. Erin at the leasing office went above and beyond to ensure my move was smooth and painless! Kudos to her for helpful and friendly nature.

  Overall I like living here. I just renewed my lease. The houses are nice and modern, and the two bedroom has excellent natural lighting in the living room and kitchen. I love working from my laptop in the kitchen for this reason. It really does rent like an apartment and live like a home. I had some issues with the management and maintenance when I first moved in a year ago, but I think they got new management in the last couple of months. Jasmine in the office is very nice and personable. The noise from the planes and highway is a little bit of an adjustment, but not so much that I don't want to live here. I do wish they had some community events I think that would be fun.

  Hailey was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to my messages. I called the office with a weird question and did not leave a voicemail. Within 30 minutes I received a text from Hailey asking how she could help me. I appreciate the quick communication, even after I didn't leave a message.

  I will start with the ONLY positive. That is Nicole, the property manager, and James and the other gentleman that work as maintenance. They are wonderful. Now back to reality. 1) can't use the pool or hot tub due to the obnoxious drunks, screaming and running children with zero supervision from their parents who are either not there, or to busy getting drunk and puking in the pool/hot tub. (Granted, James does a phenomenal job of trying to keep them clean. 2) supposed to be able to take dogs to the "dog parks" but when NO ONE cleans up after their dogs, despite having the resources to do so, it is a hi chance of pets catching parvo. NO thank you. And finally, the price of rent. , outrageous. I know the housing market went up for a while there, but also businesses were and are cutting employees hours. So while the rent is supposedly competitive, how can you justify it when you KNOW people are struggling to put food on the table for their families? Think about it.
