The only reason why I give it a 4 star reaction is due to manger Nicloe and the other staff in the office and James and other maintenance staff the people are wonderful and great. But as for the residents there are more bad than good and it seams to be the younger crowd the pool area it always the same thing people getting drunk and kids running around I would love to enjoy the hot tub due to a major injury I had over a yr and half ago but when I can got there it's always has some people or some that is getting drunk or rowdy or they have to close that area down because of someone being reresposable with either there drinking or trash or children. I do agree that the prices are high and not being able to use the amenities 90% of the time I have lived here thats really bad. I work alot of hours and early mornings to late afternoons so I know I have limits on times but still we are all adults ack like it. Management they do a great job on trying to handle all situations as fast as they can. I've have signed a new lease once but I'm not sure if I will sign a new one again. So if you have read this far yes I'll give a 5 star rating for the Management and Maintenance they are awsome but 3 star for the high rent " it the times and market values I know im in the construction side of the housing" well see if they bring it down now that the housing is crashing. As far as the residents I will not give a star rating.

As you can see the review from Lurch a couple months ago privacy is a problem. Multiple times tried to come in with no notice, and when we put in our notice to leave they refused to talk over the phone, but now that we are out and they want to collect fees they have no problem talking over the phone.
I would love to go more detailed, but what’s going to happen is Avilla will just comment on my review and try to make it sound like something else.
