  Ya know I'm not the one to really write reviews but unfortunately I just can't let this apartment complex get away with the unprofessionalism i have experienced.. If you apply here, be careful.. 300 dollar deposit after you apply and then they tell you you've been approved but I literally got no update for a whole month and I called and called and called and all they had to say was is that they were waiting on logistics! I needed to move my kids and I in asap but it just felt like no one was trying nor cared. After a month I decided to cancel and asked for my deposit to be returned. It's been over 30 days since I've canceled, and still NO DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RETURNED!! These guys are sharks! No one is willing to communicate with me. The apartments are nasty and the maintenance there is awful. I applied for another apartment complex and was approved next day and I moved in 3 days later, lol. I'm very glad I didn't follow through with this place. Just be careful..

  I have truly enjoyed living here!! Office staff is always helpful if an issue arises. Maintenance is always quick if something needs to be fixed or resolved. It's a quite and safe neighborhood.

  It’s really nice place to live in this apartment. No any issues, I get daily information in our neighborhood. Management is very good , Manager are very helpful. You can go by waking to shop in Brookshires.

  We just moved here from out of state. I should have done more research before choosing this place. I didn’t realize I would be paying market price to live among the most disgusting people I’ve ever seen. When we visited, we saw the pool and playground as well as a unit in the front building for showings. Our apartment is nice enough, but the rest of the property looks like trash. There is garbage everywhere and the breezeways are filthy. There is dog feces everywhere and the older kids destroy everything. We have small kids and I don’t even want to take them to the playground because it’s gross and I’m not going to be responsible for everyone else’s unsupervised child. 11 1/2 months to go and I won’t make this mistake again.

  Don’t waste your time. They never answer the phone, return your phone call, or send information after requesting it. They aren’t interested in renting or getting new tenants. Honestly deserve 0 stars.
