  This place showes you on brosure a beutiful aprtment, you ask to see the apartment they will tell you we dont have one to show, but ask you to fill the application, after doing so they charge you 300 plus application fee, after asking many times to show us an apartment 1 st is nothing to what you see on paper, hallways stink, is dirty, smells like pee, garbage around and to top it of they never tell you that the 300.00 dollars are none refundable, so its a buisness, they repeat the same pattern with other applicants and keep bringing revenue in, this place is a joke, do not fall for it, if they do not show you apartment dont pay, because is how they trick you, this place is filthie and over price when you finally get to see the apartment...fair warning!

  The leasing office called me back after my leaving a message. I’m not going to use names, the woman was very sweet and we discussed the type of property, the amenities and what I would need to bring. I was unable to go the next day, so I had called back and explained then asked a few more questions to MAKE SURE that what we had discussed was all in fact. The drive for me was over 45 minutes, I used the very last of my money for gas as I am a single mother on disability and unfortunately the pennies must be counted! So, in a matter of 2-3 weeks I had spoken with the same woman who advised this was a property that is based upon your income, that there was a wait list however it had been so long that majority of people on it would probably have moved on, and that it wouldn’t take longer than about 3-4 weeks total. Also, considering my daughter and I were homeless it could take less time. I was even instructed to get cashiers check ONLY for my application fee. After a flat tire, and my car not starting for two days, I FINALLY got it all fixed and my daughter and I were on our way to our,hopefully, new home. It was 2 miles over what I had in gas but I was willing to risk that. We get there and the woman I had been dealing with was at her desk but I was working with a different lady in person who told me there were NO UNITS AVAILABLE ANY TIME SOON. And the WAITLIST WAS VERY LONG AND I COULDNT GET ON IT. I explained (in front of the woman I had spoken with from the beginning) that I was told something completely different and that I would be able to get on waitlist and not wait very long at all! Then woman #1 (from beginning) had the audacity to lie and claim she NEVER said those things to me. Then tell me WHY would I have used the last little bit of money I had for gas, and cashiers check? Why would I bring in all paperwork I was instructed to bring? Why would I drive more than 45 minutes IN TRAFFIC BOTH WAYS? If I can’t get an apartment, there’s it even one available, AND I CAN’T BE ON WAITLIST? Then WHY AM I HERE ? But of course, it was my fault. Needless to say, my daughter and I left in tears. And I won’t even go into the attitude they both had, or the way they treated me like I was ignorant, I will NEVER live there, nor would I EVER recommend that place to anyone. As someone who used to work in property management I will say I have never experienced staff so unorganized, rude, and I have to assume not properly trained.

  I pulled up here to get some info at 5:20 and as I’m getting my son out of the car the lady comes out and locks the door and when I ask if they’re closing she barely looked over her shoulder in disgust and uttered “yes” almost under her breath. So I got on here and read the reviews. I’m so glad I didn’t catch them on a good day and get stuck in this place.
