  Whatever you do Don't move here the property Manager MJ never knows anything she won't get on the phone They are very dismissive rude and etc if you wanna be treated equal I recommend you look somewhere else to reside

  I have honestly never felt so dismissed in my life. I have lived here for almost two years and the only complaint that I have is the office staff being very dismissive. I had multiple scorpion sitings in my apartment. And when I called it was very downplayed. Also, noise is obviously a factor when you live in an apartment, I understand that. I lived in two before, both being upstairs units. But I have so many problems out of my upstairs neighbors banging, jumping and just sounding like a thunder storm during “Quiet Hours.” I called the office three times informing them about the disruptive noise between 11pm and 4 am. I asked one of the ladies in the office if she could speak with them, because the noise was keeping me and my two children up. The lady in the office proceeded to tell me that “it’s two young girls up there and they both work on a jobs so i don’t know when they would have time to make noise.” As though I was lying… I told her that I too work on a job and have to get up at 5 am, both me and my children. I proceeded to tell her that the noise is very disruptive. The lady in the office then goes on to tell me, “Maybe it’s them walking and it’s just apartment living.” She continues by saying that my upstairs neighbors have called in and told the office that i am the one being loud (on the first floor) and every time me or someone I have over at the time have went up there to kindly ask them to keep it down we are “spooking them”. The lady in the office even said that my upstairs neighbors called to complain on me because I have a crying baby that cries at night…. That is what a baby does. The whole entire conversation I felt very dismissed. I turned to a review in hopes that they start taking during quiet hour noise complaints seriously. I pay rent here just like everyone else, and would like to feel more secure and comfortable in my own apartment.

  Stairwells are absolutely FILTHY Elevators are disgusting. If you rent an upstairs apartment make sure to cover your nose. Children running around unsupervised, constantly verbally harassing people who walk by, screaming, and sprinting up and down the balconies. We can’t leave anything outside the front door anymore because it gets destroyed. Trash is everywhere, litter and food waste is everywhere you look. Thinking of paying for a reserved parking spot? People will steal it whenever they choose and management won’t do a damn thing. Nor will they do a thing about noisy neighbors, who have no concept of being respectful to others around them.
