  El peor lugar para vivir sin temor a equivocarme, los dueños de ese lugar deberían demoler todo el complejo de apartamentos y crear otro tipo de negocio en esa área. Si pudiera darles 0 estrellas lo haría sin dudas. No recomiendo este lugar ni aunque sea recomendado completamente. Fue desagradable la experiencia de vivir allí.

  Lo peor desde q cambiaron la administración...ha decaído en todos los aspectos, tristemente renové este año aquí, lo cual me arrepiento muchísimo, mantenimiento nunca hace su trabajo, así vayas a la oficina, incontables veces, a ellos no les interesa, y ni hablar de los pagos de alquiler, aún salen tarifas de diciembre del 2025, y nunca q vas a preguntar tienen una justificación, es una estafa...no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto!!!

  One of the worst in Dallas area ripping people they never care about the appliance working before giving the keys to new tenants and they never showed up for maintenance but when your relative visit your home and parked in parking spot without saddening to visitor they TOW with in minutes They are very fast at towing vehicles rather then taking care of tenants problems with house Worst of worst please stop TOWING vehicles faster

  I’ve lived here my whole life, it is so sad to see how this new manager has screwed up the image of these apartments, I had an incident with my car since January the 26! The carpool fell on the back of my car, completely destroyed my window and trunk. I had to call the fire department to take my car out because since it was not the managers car, they were taking their sweet time while my car was being squished & taking all the weight of the carpool, the fire department told me that I should not not be paying for something that was not my fault, and that those polls were already rusty( I have evidence of everything), I pay for the carpool so that my car could be safe when it comes down to bad weather and it ends up worse, till this this day, months later I have not gotten an answer from the office, the manager only says “oh well I’m so sorry I’m new here, I am still trying to figure things out”- mind you, she’s been here for MONTHS already, If you can’t manage the property, why are you the manager?

  Poner un estrella es mucho para el pésimo lugar que es este complejo de apartamentos, empezando con la nueva administración que empezó este año, porque desde que vivo aquí llevo viendo diferente personal cada mes, no son amables para atenderte, definitivamente desde que se fue la manager Kate el año pasado, todo ha sido un desastre, en mi apartamento mi esposo ha tenido que matar 3 ratones!! Y cucarachas ni les cuento, los vecinos no te dejan descansar un fin de semana, porque hay mucha música y mucho licor, no evalúan bien las personas para alquilar, afectando la convivencia POR FAVOR si usted quiere vivir tranquilo y cómodo no será en este lugar!!!
