  The community is really quiet, which I appreciate, and everything is kept clean and well maintained. Scott, the new community manager, has been wonderful to work with. He’s responsive, professional, and genuinely seems to care about the residents. The sales team ROCKS. I have so many good things to say about them. Overall, it feels like a well run and growing community. Definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a peaceful place to live.

  This place is so bad I don't even know where to start I've been here for years and my advice to anyone is stay away from this place those new houses aren't worth it just look at the reviews, yea cheap down payment but paying over $2000. A month for 20 years wow really that financing its insane I called left voice-mail she told me in my face I don't listen to them 300 houses 1 person I'm doing 2 much woooooww Look over the Years we have had some bad managers and horrible people work in the office but the one thing that's always the same is they just don't care But don't lay your rent and ooooo boy they will send big red papers at your door because that's the only thing that matters to this community money money money Everything else well half ass it and figure it out as we go What this corporation did to the people living here yea legally 90 day notice but man from the bottom of my hearth I hope karma gets yall 10 fold and you suffer 10% of what yall caused. I dare you to call the office and actually have someone answer. I've called 10 to 15 times in 4 days and stopped by during bussines hours to find the door closed.

  Si tuviera dinero para poder mover mi casa mobile lo aria. No recomiendo este lugar la renta es muy cara y cada fin de ano te aumentan 15 dollars de renta. te obligan hacer cosas como cortar los arboles que ni son tuyos porque la propiedad no es de uno. te ponen multas por cualquier tonteria la manager no tiene modales para hablarle a uno. te roban cualquier objeto que dejes afuera de tu casa desde la escoba asta un bote de basura...La oficina siempre esta cerrada y jamas puedes hablar de algun problema con alguien desente en la oficina porque siempre te quieren multar y por nada.. requean los carros por cualquier cosa.. juro que es un dolor de cabeza vivir aqui.. pero si no puede uno mover su traila pues ni modo hay que aguantar asta que Dios diga. y lo peor es que no hay quien nos ayude muchos recidentes estan cansados de las injusticias que hacen aqui en este complejo de trailas.. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR PARA VIVIR ES ORRIBLE UNA VERDADERA PESADILLA. Y eso que segun cambiaron de manager la que estaba anteriormente era una Mexicana muy mala que solo queria sacarle dinero ala gente. y la que esta ahora esta peor esta asta contrata ninos para pasar las multas y avisos en las puertas ariesgando a un nino de 11 anos a andar en puerta en puerta manejando un carrito de golf. que alguien haga algo porfavor y solo por yo aver puesto este review asta me pueden sacar de aqui y solo dan tres dias para uno mover su traila ojala que no porque para donde me voy a ir si aqui en este lugar solo vivimos gente pobre.
