Worst community management that you never ever saw in your life. the unit they provided two basic amenities Like dishwasher and microwave items will be present but doesn’t work. Service request you will raise but they won’t respond ever after weeks and month. Office front desk will present and tell you to wait for service team to fix (even after 2-3 weeks or month so) on top of it you will have water leaks as it’s pretty old apartment and as usual they won’t fix it even it’s weeks or month.
I would not recommend this apartment at all. The maintenance in this apartment is extremely poor. The condition is poor and there are frequent issues with cleanliness and pest control, especially roaches and AC. The maintenance staff has not been responsive or effective in resolving these issues. This is the worst managed apartment I have experienced so far.
I had an amazing experience with the leasing office team, and I truly can’t thank them enough! When my AC suddenly broke down, I was really stressed, but the Kimberly and the Michael handled everything so quickly and professionally.
From the moment I reported the issue, they were attentive, understanding, and incredibly efficient. They didn’t just address the problem—they went above and beyond by smoothly transferring my lease to another apartment without any hassle. The entire process was seamless, and they made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
especially Kimberly was kind and responsive, always keeping me updated, while the Micheal ensured everything was handled promptly and fairly. Their teamwork and dedication really stood out.
I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend this leasing office to anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about their residents.

Actually, i would give a zero star
Terrible experience. I applied for Unit 3100 and paid the fees. When the unit became unavailable, they verbally promised a refund — first 30 days, then 15 days. It’s now been over 60 days and nothing has been refunded.
They also applied my payment to the wrong unit (Unit 3045), which I never applied for. I’m now stuck dealing with a dispute because the community won’t fix their own mistake. This shows a serious lack of honesty and accountability. I strongly advise future applicants to be cautious.
