  Ruben is excellent. He is technically very good at what he does. And an All rounder . Electrical, Plumbing, etc. Thanks for the support. Thanks to the property manager. She’s been onboarded recently and quite pro active and attends to the residents issues promptly. Together they make a great team.Appreciate !!

  Beautiful view of the lake. Amazing pool and perfect during the summer. Also really kind and helpful staff. Definitely enjoying living here and would recommend to others.

  Quiero tomar un momento para agradecer a Daisy, la leasing de estos apartamentos, por su excelente atención y profesionalismo. Desde el primer contacto fue muy amable, paciente y siempre dispuesta a ayudar en cada paso del proceso. Se nota que realmente se preocupa por los residentes y hace todo lo posible para resolver dudas rápidamente. Su trato es cordial, respetuoso y siempre con una actitud positiva. Gracias a ella, la experiencia de aplicar y mudarse fue mucho más fácil y tranquila. ¡Excelente servicio!

  Very, very poor maintenance service and very poor management communication. I opened a work order for a broken microwave on 03/22/2026, and even after 7 days the issue was still not fixed. A maintenance person inspected it, confirmed it was not working, and said he would report it to his supervisor. After that, there was still no update. We followed up multiple times in person with the leasing office but still have not received any update. I also sent two emails to management, and they did not even reply. That level of communication is unacceptable. We have two young children and use the microwave multiple times a day, so this delay has caused a real inconvenience for our family. We are paying full rent on time, but for basic maintenance issues, residents are left waiting with no timeline and no proper response. This is not the first time we have had this kind of experience. A couple of weeks ago, we had a similar issue with the heating and AC on a Saturday evening. We had to wait 3 days for it to be fixed. We called the emergency line 3 times and also sent 2 emails, but again received no response. Based on our experience recently (since last 2-3 months), maintenance is extremely slow and management is unresponsive. Think twice before moving here. Waiting with evidences for strategic reply for this bad review.
