People that live there prior were no issues. Very respectful . But they placed a LOUD NOISEY OBNOXIOUS family of 4 above me! They stomp from sun up to sun down. I almost thought they were running a 3 ring circus up there tbh. I can’t wait to move ! They make my living experience horrible , well one of the reasons . I really have a disdain for these people , life isn’t peaceful anymore !
- VYvutukuri yasaswiniSep 5, 20252.0NEVER EVER THINK OF LEASING A HOUSE FROM THIS COMMUNITY. We really enjoyed our stay at winsted. It was a pleasant experience until we were there. Once we ended our lease after 18 months. Now they are charging us huge amount for the repairs they wanted to do but not done by us. When we are trying to them ask for the reason and what were the damages we were being charged of, the maintenance team has cut the call. When we politely asked they started blaming us not to raise voice and just pay what they ask for. The person who spoke to us initially is not answering call and then other one also saying amount but not the reason why we were being charged. It’s almost equal to our 1 month rent and they are doing this to us. Personally we have recommended this community to lot of people but now comes the true colors of the maintenance team. The two stars are also for the stay we had.

If you want any real change need to go around them and be reported. Leasing office manager has a horrible attitude as well, and don’t even get me started on the a/c unit that never actually gets the apartment to the intended temperature.
