  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Queen in the leasing office was amazing to work with. She was kind, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She reassured me when things felt stressful and made everything much easier. I haven’t moved in yet, but because of her support I’m feeling hopeful and excited about my new home. Thank you, Queen!

  I don’t even live here, but I’m leaving a review because this experience was completely unacceptable. I scheduled an apartment tour for today Sunday March, 1st at 1:00 PM and arrived early at 12:45. The office was closed, so I called the number listed. An obvious AI automated system greeted me by name and claimed it would notify the team that I had arrived and that someone would be there shortly. I waited until 1:20 PM. No one showed up. No call. No message. Nothing. I drove 40 minutes for this tour, and my time, gas, and energy were completely wasted. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to people’s time. Experiences like this make it very clear why these apartments have such a low review score.

  Im an a current resident, A month or so after I moved in my car was towed because the staff did not tell me there were extra steps to take in confirming that my car was approved all I was told was I can park anywhere and I was good to go. Then apartment complex has charged me twice for a key fob that I still don’t have at all. I recently got my mail key 3 months after moving in. It took 3 times of me making a request for this apartment complex would send pest control after marking they completed the job. And now I have been using Flex to pay my rent and they charged my card for almost $400 so and has it marked as unapplied credit and my rent has already been paid and now I’m unable to pay for gas or food.and now I’m being charged for an utility bill for December through March even though last month I got a utility bill for October through February and has been taking out of my account.

  This has been the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. There are a lot of roaches in the unit, and despite multiple complaints, nothing has been done to fix the problem. I have also requested maintenance for the air conditioning several times, but no one has come—not even once. It feels like management does not care about residents’ concerns or maintenance requests.

  Absolutely horrible, when I used to live here there was mold in the ceiling and they just painted over it, do not rent out an apartment here
