I arrived Saturday around 8:00 PM and registered as a visitor before even getting out of the car. I had hooked a uhaul trailer and there was no way to park on the visitors side. The next day I arrived around the same time 8:00 pm .. with no hooked trailer ...While I understand visitors may not be the top priority, the parking situation is completely unacceptable. The visitor parking was full, and I was not going to wait all night for an empty spot. Went again to check for a spot around 9:30pm and still NO empty spots on visitor side. I had no choice but to park by the leasing office . It was only for one night, since I was planning to drive back to North Dakota early morning next day.
To my surprise, my SUV was gone in the morning. Now I’m being charged over $300 for a vehicle that was registered. This feels more like a profit-driven decision than one based on safety or fairness.
I requested a one time waiver, but Peak Auto Towing refused they said leasing office at Trinity will handle that.
If I register the vehicle and there are NO visitor spots available, Where exactly are we expected to park??? There were plenty of open spaces in the resident area, and I made sure my suv was not blocking anyone or anything. I just feel it was an easy target since my license plates are from North Dakota, which I think is unfair. My son arrived 4 days prior same problem NO SPOTS available on visitor side he was parked next to my suv ...his license plates are from Texas he haven't had any problems Towing his vehicle.
Honestly, what is the point of requiring visitor registration if vehicles are going to be towed regardless? This situation does not seem fair or reasonable. Either make more space for visitors or provide a tag or something to distinguish who's registered or not. I need answers and waiver. I spend money that didn't had to just for being an " easy target" honestly this in unfair.

I have been living here for over a year and then while I was living here I have had no problems with maintenance with parking with nothing up until new management took over now I am being charged for renters insurance that I have that I have brought to the management staff attention more than five times then they say OK we’ll fix it but they do not. They do not ever answer the office phones. They’re quick to shut you up without listening. Nobody knows what they’re doing there again they asked me for proof of insurance. I showed it to them. I emailed it to them. They still haven’t fixed it again. I’m still being charged for renters insurance when I have it. Then I’ve been paying for a parking space now they’re telling me that I do not have that parking space anymore even though I’m being charged for it, they told me that because I am a one person household and I have two cars I have to get rid of one of my cars even though it’s two cars per apartment. I have never had any issues until this new management has came in and nobody absolutely nobody has tried to help me again overcharged not doing what they’re supposed to. The water has been shut off three times in the past month or so that they’ve been here they don’t give you any notice to let you know that it’s been turned off. Derrick SKUs for the water being shut off every single time is there was an emergency and I repeat once again no notice was given out. I have repeatedly asked for the regionals number, but have been told several times that they do not have it. They do not know it. My sister is a property manager at another complex and she told me that they are not allowed to give me a phone number to the regional but they are in fact allowed to give me an email. They have refuse several times do not rent from these apartments. Do not rent from these people. They are terrible. Unprofessional don’t know a damn thing and are not willing to help you whatsoever. I was told that my parking will be fixed today before the end of the day. It is now 7:01 PM October 8, 2025 and my car still has not been uploaded to my reserved spot. Again, if you want to live in a roach infested apartments, that water is always been shut off the office staff don’t know a damn thing that’s going on clueless then this will be the apartment for you if you want to live in a better place turn around do not even ask for any information for this apartment. You will be highly disappointed.

They denied me and my daughter (co applicant) October 2024 and I moved on. They called me 6 months later (April) to return the $50 check we gave them. We tried cashing it but it was outdated sooooo, I took it back for another one. I have been up there three times, called twice and emailed once. I still have not received my $50 and it is about to be a year later. I DODGED A BULLET. If they can't communicate and return my check then I am sure they treat tenants same way. Only difference they live there, I don't. Can I please get my $50 back, ASAP? Signed Shanita Fobbs and Jekala Green

If I could give it 0 stars I would, it is the worst place to live, think very carefully before moving to this apartment unit, it is a place where they never answer you for anything, things never work in the best way, I feel like you are wasting your money when living there. The air conditioning does not work since everything is old, they give you an emergency number but they never answer, it is the worst place, plus the water goes out very often and if you call management they always tell you the same thing that it is not their fault, seriously, never, ever move to that place
