  🚨 DON’T MOVE HERE. I REPEAT: DO NOT MOVE HERE. 🚨 You can do MUCH better.** I’ve only lived here for one month, and the issues have been nonstop. 1. The apartment looks **nothing like what we were shown. 2. We were told everything was fully refurbished— that was a lie. 3. Broken drawers throughout the unit. 4. Multiple outlets don’t work. 5. Severe roach problem. We spray every two weeks and keep the place clean, yet they still appear. 6. The bathtub surface is disgusting** — it feels like stepping on crumbs they just coated over. I had to buy a bath mat just to use it. 7. There’s a huge hole under the cabinet, like they forgot to install part of the wood. 8. The dishwasher was filthy and rusted inside, even though it was supposedly “new.” 9. The washing machine doesn’t work — it starts and shuts off after two minutes. 10. Maintenance work is **sloppy and careless— vents, locks, and other fixtures are installed backwards. 11. Every time we use the microwave, the kitchen power shuts off. This place is absolutely terrible. I regret signing a lease here and will be **counting down the days until I can leave**. ⚠️ **Save yourself the stress — do not move here.

  I hardly ever write a bad review, but Trinity Apartments our horrible, I've been without hot water going on 3 months and no one has come to fix the problem, I've put in work orders, I keep getting where working on it or where getting a new boiler system etc...On top of that the water is cut off every other week for repairs I remember when I first moved in the water got so hot you would burn yourself if you wasn't careful. And the price point for these apartments are a little too high especially with that so called technology package which is overpriced internet service. Whatever people said about Trinity Apartments that gave a one star review.... BELIEVE IT!

  Hi my experience has been very bad living in these apartments I have moved in and this is the worst part that I have moved in I made a big mistake I advise you not to move here rats are really bad here I called them a couple of days ago and told him there was a rat on the mousetrap and nobody came till 2 hours later I took the rat into the office and gave it to them I called the office 12 times nobody answered it's going to voicemail I go to the office and everybody sitting at the front desk laughing and not answering the phone calls the red problem has been going on for the last couple of months and they have not done nothing about it I would not waste my money and rent no place here it's not worth it it's not only the rat problem the weed smoking a and dirty neighbors that's where the rap problem come from

  Be prepared to have your water shut off once or twice a week the whole 12 month lease term you live here! It’s ridiculous how often they have to “work” on the water pipes here.

  I’ve had a great experience at Trinity Apartments. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful every time I need something. They’re quick to respond to maintenance requests and always go out of their way to make sure residents feel taken care of. The community is well-kept, and you can tell they take pride in providing good service. I definitely recommend Trinity Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live
