  I was visiting a friend and got to see the inside and it had a modern look. It looked like luxury vinyl wood on the floor.

  Saludos ,,,este comentario es para compartir mi experiencia como solicitante de una mobile home en el complejo the trails at cimarrón,,,y es para agradecer a el todo el personal de atención al cliente por su gran disponibilidad para un excelente asesoramiento en todo el proceso de tramite para un facil proceso estoy muy agradecido por su atención y especialmente en mi caso particular la joven Amber por su profesionalismo ,,,invito a todos a que se den la oportunidad de conocer este complejo ,,

  This place is so bad I don't even know where to start I've been here for years and my advice to anyone is stay away from this place those new houses aren't worth it just look at the reviews, yea cheap down payment but paying over $2000. A month for 20 years wow really that financing its insane I called left voice-mail she told me in my face I don't listen to them 300 houses 1 person I'm doing 2 much woooooww Look over the Years we have had some bad managers and horrible people work in the office but the one thing that's always the same is they just don't care But don't lay your rent and ooooo boy they will send big red papers at your door because that's the only thing that matters to this community money money money Everything else well half ass it and figure it out as we go What this corporation did to the people living here yea legally 90 day notice but man from the bottom of my hearth I hope karma gets yall 10 fold and you suffer 10% of what yall caused. I dare you to call the office and actually have someone answer. I've called 10 to 15 times in 4 days and stopped by during bussines hours to find the door closed.
