ATTENTION. Read this opinion carefully so that you don't make the same mistake as me who read them but ignored them.... First I don't do this review with anger or remorse, I do it from the perspective of what I have lived these months here. If you want to take care of your money and not waste it, don't come to these apartments, they tell you that they only charge 54 dollars more but they don't tell you everything that the city charges later, you pay them for maintenance even if they don't do anything in your apartment, something that should be a service from them for the high value they charge you for the rent here, in short they even charge you for the air you breathe... I arrived thinking that I would spend about 1600-1650 and in 3 months my bill came from 1800.. It is an exaggeration of money for some apartments with mediocre maintenance, when I received it I asked maintenance to fix the floor that was broken and he told me that it was not necessary, I even put in the work order the photo of the broken floor and I am sure they will want to charge me when I leave, they cut off your water service almost every week for supposed repairs that apparently do not do well at any time, they force you to pay a gentleman who picks up the garbage at your door whether you want or not the service and On several occasions the dumpster outside has been full of garbage and thrown around for several days, the apartments are poorly designed, in mine the door of the kitchen closet hits against the refrigerator and since I received it it has the ugly mark of the blows received constantly. And finally and I don't know the reason for this but a maintenance man came to my apartment twice without me requesting any service and I was at home both times. But my question was why? I didn't ask you to come, what is he doing here?.... I can't leave anymore because they are able to charge me a kidney for breach of contract and I'm obliged to stay a year, but if you're on time DON'T COME.

La propiedad o administradores sólo son buenos para hacer cobros extra por cualquier excusa ahí si responden rápido, pero cuando les solicitas algun mantenimiento ni te hacen caso 👎 el personal administrativo discrimina bastante.

i have to say, i toured this property based on their website, and the floorplans showed on their portal for the B1 is nothing close to what they have in person. for some reason whoever did their floorplans renders for their website was looking at the wrong property or something. on their portal those apartments look clean and updated, with nice granite tops and in person they look like a third world living conditions ... no granite, not the same kitchen lay outs EXTREMLY dated. the B1 looks great on the portal with a kitchen island and sitting stool around but in person look like was stuck in 1980, , no island and its a small dated cooorner only fits 1 person at the time DONT apply based on their portal you need to go see it in person!! everything in red is not there !! you don't get fireplace or built in, nor large windows or nice vanities or kitchen counters.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. We moved here from out of state not ever getting to see the property. None of the information online matches anywhere close to what it looks like. It only got worse from there. This whole complex is infested with cockroaches that the management seems to not give a care in the world. When I first went in to express my concerns to the management team I was told there was nothing they could do besides for me to request to have my apartment treated. This is exactly what I did. I had a camera in my living area that captured this treatment of a $25 a month charge where the guy comes in sets his card down on my counter goes on his phone and leaves. I went in again expressed my issue I was told it was most likely due to my dog still being in the apartment. I had sent many emails tried calling and left voicemails asking if I needed to remove my dog from the apartment where I received no answer. So I scheduled another appointment and they came back and did the same thing every time. While I understand this is not completely their fault and more on the company this issue began when they switched companies to which I assume is cheaper for them to use. They do not care about the poor living conditions they leave their residence in. My boyfriend then went in to talk to the property manager when he walked in to ask to speak to them they all ran back to their desk and pretended working on their phones. Not only did this infestation impact both of our allergies heavily they began biting my dog and impacting her health that I then had to pay thousands to keep her healthy until we could move out. The water was shut off at least once a month with little to no notice where we would have to find somewhere else to shower as my boyfriend works blue collar he has to shower every night. All this complex and management company cares about is screwing the residents they do have to cover the lack of capacity they have.
