I’m not someone who usually writes reviews, whether good or bad, but my recent experience made me decide to share this. Many years ago I lived in this apartment complex and, despite some issues with the water at that time, I decided to apply again because there were things I liked about living here. Unfortunately, my experience this time has been very different. The water problem has gotten worse, and the smell of marijuana inside my apartment when I arrive is very unpleasant. I have already reported this issue to someone in the leasing office, but nothing seems to change. What finally made me decide to write this review is my experience with someone in the leasing office. Her name is Maria, she has red hair. This is the second time I bring a family member to apply here and I made sure my name was included in the application as the person who referred them. My information was provided both in the application and directly to her at the leasing office. Now that it is time for me to receive the rent discount for the referral, Maria says the system does not show anything and that I will not receive the discount. This is extremely frustrating because everything was clearly communicated at the time of the application. I have no problem paying my full rent, but it is very disappointing to lose a benefit because someone is not doing their job correctly. This is the second time this has happened with the same person. Experiences like this make residents feel that their concerns and agreements are not taken seriously.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience living here. I recently lost a package in the locker room area, and when I reached out to maintenance and manager (Alyssia , she is one of the worst ever manager I ever seen in my entire life )help, they did not respond properly or offer any support. Instead of addressing the issue, I was told they might issue a lease violation against me, which was shocking. This is not the first time this has happened. I have already lost three packages before, and it clearly shows there are serious security problems in the building. To make matters worse, there are no working cameras in many areas, which makes it impossible to identify what actually happened. The maintenance service and management staff have been extremely unhelpful and unprofessional throughout this process. Instead of assisting residents and improving security, they seem dismissive of legitimate concerns. Overall, this has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve had due to poor management, lack of security, and unresponsive maintenance. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves the safety and support for residents.

I wanted to share my experience for future residents. In January, my apartment experienced a heating issue where the HVAC system produced continuous heat even when turned off. Because it was winter, the issue wasn’t immediately obvious, but indoor temperatures eventually reached close to 90°F. I submitted multiple maintenance requests (Jan 19, Jan 25, and Jan 30). While each work order was addressed within 24–48 hours, the issue recurred after the first two repairs and was not fully resolved until Feb 4. During this period, my electricity usage increased significantly, and my monthly bill ultimately reached $983. My electric provider reviewed the usage and applied a $65 courtesy credit, confirming the charges reflected actual consumption. Despite escalation through the leasing office, property manager, and regional management, no rent or account credit was offered by the property. Beyond this issue, I’ve had several other frustrating experiences. A package ordered online was stolen from outside my apartment door, and when I asked management for guidance or assistance, no meaningful help was provided. I was also charged multiple times for valet trash violations. In one instance, I received a violation and fee even though trash was placed inside two trash cans; the photo provided appeared to show a bag outside, which did not match how it was left. There was no warning prior to the charge. Water shut-offs have occurred frequently, trash areas are often overfilled, and routine maintenance requests sometimes go unaddressed unless the emergency line is called. While base rent may appear reasonable, additional fees and utilities significantly increase the actual monthly cost. Maintenance staff themselves are generally responsive, but overall communication and support from the leasing office has been disappointing. I recommend future residents carefully review fees, monitor utility usage, and document all interactions.

The office people is so terrible treating new posible residents, I went 4 TIMES!! Asking for a tour and the always say NO, I went at different days and hours and they always find a way to say “no we can’t” idk if they are racist cause we are Hispanics but anyway that’s a shame cause I liked the area where the apartments are but just because the people I won’t move there, the owners should take a look on the people they hired for customers service!!! O and also the 3 times I went was the red hair lady that treat us badly.

Where do I start? I ignored the reviews thinking if I follow all the rules we will not get fined or pay for towed vehicles. I was wrong. The had a huge flea infestation. We had no pets and even our unit was affected and the front office blamed us and lied saying we “probably” brought pets inside. They got our cars towed from resident parking when we registered them as instructed. I had to pay over $300 per occurrence. Do not believe them when they say this is a gated community. The gates worked for maybe one week during the year and a half I lived here. Front office is rude and unhelpful and they lie. In the lease agreement for certain violations they say you get 1 written warning then fines. They gave me no warning and jumped to fines. (See the email in the screenshot attached. They did not even acknowledge that the warning was sent after the fine. Just stated it’s not refundable) Their emails especially pool reminders are very aggressive. Package went missing in lockers and the front office didn’t even try to help. Lots of water shut offs Maintenance staff was amazing Lots of fees added
