  I referred my grand=daughter Lybertee to Parkwood Apartment complex to be blessed with her first apartment. Our contact was Assistanr Mgr. Mrs. Clarisa. OMG!!! Mrs. Clarisa was "AWESOME" very professional. Friendly, kind, nice personality, informative, helpful, welcoming and really knows her job and willing to assist individuals in anyway/means possible. I 🙏 for my grand-daughter to be a new first time renter here at this location. There apartments are beautiful!

  This complex offers a great price and location. The apartment I moved into was recently renovated. The staff is attentive and friendly. They facilitated the onboarding process, answered all my questions, and responded quickly to calls and emails.

  Me and my sister were trying to lease apartment but the manager was so rude she was talking and replying rudely to her which was not expected. That’s not how you talk.

  I had a very disappointing experience with the manager at Parkwood Apartment. I simply asked a question about parking, and she spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful way. Her tone was unprofessional and dismissive. I even asked her, “Is that the way you talk to ?” but instead of correcting herself, she continued being impolite. It was shocking and very uncomfortable. I expect basic courtesy and respectful communication. Management should know how to speak professionally to the people. I hope this issue is taken seriously and customer service improves.

  La verdad no tengo nada que decir de esta propiedad sólo que estoy muy satisfecha de vivir acá las muchachas de la oficina son bien amables para ayudarme en todo
