    If you want your mail boxes broken into, poor lawn care and maintenance services to not address your needs such as roaches in your home, trash piled up for rats. AND, constant rising costs to services attached to rent then this is the place for you! It's like living in a oppressed pretty talk on the outside, yet, all they care about is $ savings not quality of life. I would attach photos of proof, but it will not allow me.

    Just one word, stay away Despite of me informing the move in date more than 10 times over email and phone calls. Apartment was not cleaned, window glass broken, door mirror broken, faucet covers missing, pattio dirty and paints coming off everywhere. Dishwasher broken and non usable, roaches in fridge, ac and heater is not working, ceiling is leaking in the bathroom, closet doors latches are broken and even door fell out. On top of it the attitude shown by the leasing staff is very very bad. Stay away from such apartments.

    “THE WORST COMMUNITY EVER” I had an extremely disappointing experience leasing this apartment. From start to finish, the management was unprofessional and unresponsive. They were very quick to take my deposit, but once I moved in, it became almost impossible to get any issues addressed. Maintenance requests were either ignored or took weeks to resolve. When they did respond, the repairs were rushed and poorly done. The apartment itself was not properly cleaned before move-in, and several things were already broken. Communication is terrible — emails and calls go unanswered, and the staff often give vague or conflicting information. Parking is a constant problem, and amenities are either closed, poorly maintained, or nothing like what was advertised. For the price they charge, the quality and service are unacceptable. I would not recommend leasing here to anyone. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

    We are currently residents in this community, and unfortunately our experience has been extremely disappointing. There are ongoing issues that have not been properly addressed. We frequently deal with roach infestations throughout the apartment. Water service is often shut off for extended periods, sometimes 8–12 hours at a time, with only a brief “maintenance issue” notice provided. Living without water for such long hours has become very difficult and inconvenient. In addition, there have been repeated power outages and unreliable WiFi connectivity. The bathtub does not drain properly, and the water has a strong, unpleasant odor. Despite multiple complaints, these concerns have not been resolved in a timely or satisfactory manner. This has been very frustrating, and the overall living conditions have not met reasonable expectations. The attached videos are provided as examples of the issues mentioned above.

    This place is horrible. It’s listed as “luxury apartments” but it’s an overpriced slum situation. Everything that was damaged and didn’t work when I moved in,. Still was damaged and didn’t work when I moved out 3 years later,… You put in a maintenance request, Rudy and his Spanish speaking maintenance team will show up (eventually), and shrug their shoulders, say something to you in Spanish, and will leave,…. All the windows leaked when it rained, the patio door wouldn’t close all the way, and bugs would just walk or fly into the apartment like it was no glass there,.. the front door and windows all had gaps and openings in them, my energy bill was $400 every month because the air would just blow out the doors and windows,… A trail of ants would be every where in the apartment. I was always mopping bleach and mint oil on the floor, and always requesting an exterminator. When it got cool outside, it was ALWAYS rats running through the walls. The exterminator and me because friends, He’d tell me, “the leasing office will not pay the extra money that is needed to have the poison placed for the rats, they do it on purpose”. They will tow your car and pretend like you didn’t register your vehicle to your apartment. The tow person will literally sit outside and will tow the door dash person, or Kroger delivery persons car when they get out and look for your apartment,. (They have done a delivery person like that 3 times that was making deliveries to my apartment), and it was quick deliveries! I stayed on the 1st floor on the MacArthur side of the complex at a very easy to find location. I have literally watched the tow guy sit outside and wait for people to get out of their cars, and they just drive off with them! My upstairs neighbor use to throw his garbage over the balcony (the entire garbage bag and let it burst on the ground outside my window!) I took pictures and videos and showed the leasing office, They did nothing!! They made it as if I was just complaining!! I’ll post couple pictures here if it’ll let me. And every month it will be some random extra charge on your rent bill that doesn’t have any sense. Some made up violation,… (dog barking to much but you don’t have a dog. $50 penalty for not having renters insurance, but you have written proof of having insurance and have the insurance company call and tell them that you’ve had renters insurance the entire time you’ve been there) The leasing office will say, “oh, well dayrise.leasing put that penalty on your apartment and we can’t do anything about it,.. I have more complaints but basically,… DONT EVER MOVE HERE!! and the 5 star ratings that they have on their actual website, are fake reviews and are from the employees that work there. ———————- I see that I cannot leave any photos, but I still have all of the photos in my phone. We had black mold in the bathroom ceiling from water leaking from my upstairs neighbors bathroom. The water was leaking for the entire last year we was there! The maintenance people would come, look at the mold, nod there head, and then leave,…😐😐 They would never fix ANYTHING! I would put bleach in a spray bottle and would spray the ceiling until the mold would lighten up. The AC unit in the guess bathroom would just run water out of it non stop, the head of maintenance came a few times, look at it, shrug his shoulders and say “I can’t do anything about it” in his Spanish accent and would just leave,…. A few times me and the other neighbors would just be standing outside complaining about the water running down the walls and the windows leaking and the shingles blowing off the roof, and the exercise room being so dirty all the time, and the mailboxes being broken into every couple of weeks,.. Saying all this to say, We had a VERY BAD experience living here, And it makes me really appreciate where we live now,.. An “ACTUAL” luxury apartment,.. Not much difference in rent price
