  This apartment is unprofessional and unable to actually communicate properly. We lived here through our year lease and cannot wait to get out this hell hole. They also delete reviews so their star percent will stay up. This apartment is infested in roaches which they will down play as well as not care that their exterminator doesn’t give a damn and sprays the bare minimum not even the whole unit then when he tells you one thing the office people will lie and tell you another. If my review wasn’t deleted there are plenty of photos of all the things broken before we moved in they do not walk apartment’s before handing them over to new tenants making finding issues our job and only puts band aides over issues. Pool was closed all summer as well as the shower is either wayyyy too cold or wayyyy too hot and have had them try and fix it 3 times now. Everything brakes even the smallest touch like drawers and cabinet doors because it’s rotten wood that you’re living in. Our living room had puddles all of April because they painted over rotted wood on the window seals. There are better apartments for the same price if not less with more professional and nice office management. Do yourself a favor and do not move here. Bless anyone who does honestly because the photo below shows how infested the apartment is within just a week of that bait being down but again they really don’t care. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

  moved sep 30 2025, asked for an invoice on why im being charged 1000 after moving out. no contact, no email no mail, but was immediately charged off on transition. I called , spoke to Monica personally on Jan 30 to ask why I have not received the invoice. It is now Feb 21 and Foxborough has not mailed , or followed up with me in any way. do not trust them. I was there 10 yrs and was asked to give good review. I fell for there lies
