  Love the community and how the staff is super involved and they make sure things get done and not to mention the pools look great at all times!

  I Love my apartment. The management staff is excellent and the maintenance is prompt with all my work orders. I'd recommend to anyone. Monica has been so helpful a drivers a joy to work with.

  When I first moved in, the staff seemed nice, but that changed quickly. Within just a few days, their true colors showed — rude, unprofessional, and lacking basic respect. At times, their behavior even came across as blatantly discriminatory, which no resident should ever have to experience. When I moved into my unit, I immediately reported the damages I found, but management completely ignored me. Communication here is awful. They leave residents blindsided, never keeping you informed about anything. During an emergency, I was ignored and left waiting while the front office staff carried on like my situation didn’t matter. That was shocking and unacceptable. At first, I thought Monica was different. After a bad experience with the leasing agents, who were all mean, she seemed like she might actually care. Unfortunately, I was wrong — she turned out to be just like the rest: fake, dismissive, and unhelpful. On another occasion, when I went to the office for help on a separate matter, I was told, “Why are you here? Do it online.” That was the last straw. Now, even if my life depended on it, I would never step foot in that office again. The way they look at residents makes you feel desperate or like a burden — and that’s not the case. This is Texas; I can find a place anywhere. The only reason I stayed here was because it’s close to my job. Maintenance is just as bad. Instead of sending someone to actually fix the problem, they’d rather FaceTime you and walk you through the repair yourself. Combined with the ignored repair requests from day one, it’s clear they don’t care about residents or their living conditions. I still have about 2–3 months left on my lease, and I honestly cannot wait to get out of here. If I could give less than 2 stars, I would. Foxborough Apartments doesn’t value its residents, has poor communication, and some of the worst management I’ve ever dealt with.
